Slanted bed??

The only complaint I had was the bed in room 905. The head of the mattress was lower than the foot of the mattress. I had to sleep the opposite way. Don't know if the mattress needed flipped or was it a problem with the frame. Everything else was great. The staff were great. Location, the best.

Great hotel looks like a Marriot off shoot with similar fitout to bedrooms. Good location with great cafe for breakfast around the corner. Walking distance to Boston common and river. Good staff. Street can be noisy so ask for a quiet room if you need to. Would stay again.

The first King room we got was small and only 3 usable outlets & no frig. Couldn’t plug everything in that we had. Our friend who booked at same time and price had bigger room with, a lot of outlets and frig. After the 2nd day and complaining we were moved to bigger room which was better. If your going to charge for snacks and water just add it to the price of the room upfront instead of charging a $40. Per day fee for it. It was clean rooms with good location downtown.

The coffee shop George Howell onsite is great. Hotel is comfortable and plenty of special touches to make guests feel welcomed. Location is great, especially if you’re taking in a show. Staff is great.
