On our last day at the hotel, we woke up early in order to catch the first flight out. Unfortunately, there was no hot water which was a horrible experience. St check out I discussed the inconvenience of not being able to shower and requested a discount to our room rate. At of today I have neither received communication from management nor an adjustment. Extremely disappointed.

Overall the hotel was excellent the only downside was the room I stayed at was facing the street and all through the night loud trucks including garbage trucks would come by making it very difficult to sleep even with a fan going on. Ear plugs needed.

Great location, pleasant staff, nice lounge and the George Howell Coffee Shop attached to the hotel. Rooms were clean and provided extra towels and water as needed. Service was excellent. Would stay there again.
