Hotel location was excellent. Conveniently located to all major hubs of the city which made it very easy to walk to almost all destinations on our trip. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean, room was slightly out dated. Overall if you’re looking just for a room to sleep and a hotel in the best spot of the city The Godfrey is your perfect option.

Everything was clean, sleek and quiet besides normal city noise. Central to just about everything. The only thing that was unlucky was trying to get an elevator to and from our floor after our original checkin. I don't mind the stairs..just not fun carrying all the luggage down.

The staff were friendly and they made you feel like family from the moment you checked in. There was a bar in the lobby where you can grab a drink before you stepped out. Water and snacks were provided in your room after your room was cleaned and the cutest coffee shop was next to the lobby.

The room was tiny. View was rooftop and window to another room on one side and an alley with a brick building on the other side. There was a small armoire, but no dresser or drawers anywhere in the room so everything had to sit out cluttering up any available space we could find. The counter space around the bathroom sink was minimal with no room to set anything. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was nice.

The bed was extremely comfortable. One dislike was that there was limited coffee in the rooms and no complimentary coffee but the coffee shop next door did have good coffee.
