Downtown Luxe Apartments within 1 of the Shore

I had a wonderful stay for a long weekend. The apartment clean and stylish. Would be a great place for those staying long term.

Great stay for travel nurses/working professionals

I stayed at this property for 3 months while working at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. The check in process was easy, the host is very responsive. Everything is exactly as it looks in the photos. The location is a 5 minute walk from NJ transit, which was great for going into the city, and 20 minutes to RWJ. The only complaint I would have is the smells that waft in from other apartments. I would come home from work and there would be overwhelming food smells in the hallway and in the apartment. It would also on occasion smell like smoke/marijuana near the laundry room which I believe is because the stairwell is right next to the apartment. This is of course not something the host can fix, but I feel is worth mentioning for anyone looking at a longer booking. Overall I enjoyed my stay here!

Nice apartment in convent location

Overall the stay was very nice. The only recommendation I would have is the living room furniture is very uncomfortable. Thankfully we didn’t spend a lot of time there. Also a towel hanger by the bathroom sink would be a nice touch. Getting into the building was a little tricky with the entry code.

Perfect place to stay matches description

This rental was fantastic. It was clean, secure, and a great location. There was plenty of space inside the bed was very comfortable. We were extremely happy with the stay. Most of all the communication was excellent. We received very prompt responses to a couple questions we had we would stay here again.

Great Short Term Rental!

I stayed at this unit for two weeks while on a work assignment. The apartment was well-stocked with basics and I was quite comfortable. There was a nice neighborhood grocery store, liquor store, and Dunkin' Donuts within walking distance which came in handy more than a few times. My only complaint would be the bed...the mattress was not the most comfortable. But, I would rent the unit again.

Perfect home away from home

I had to stay up in NJ for a 6 week work trip. This apartment was the perfect space for my long stay. Had everything I needed and more. The host was very responsive and helpful. I recommend this apartment to anyone who needs to stay in Bound Brook for either a short or long visit.
