Cocoonr offers "la Villa des Berges" by Villas Signature, an elegant 280 m² air-conditioned villa that can accommodate up to 15 guests, ideal for group holidays, family reunions, birthdays, EVJF/EVG, cousinades, weddings, seminars or weekends with friends. With Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we've thought of everything to ensure you have a comfortable, friendly stay from the moment you arrive.

Located in Bourbourg, close to the beaches and main tourist attractions of the Côte d'Opale, this spacious villa combines comfort, conviviality and large living areas. Nestling in pleasant surroundings, it boasts a vast 1,800 m² south-facing garden, perfect for sharing time with family and friends.

Its real asset for large gatherings is its immediate proximity to our second upmarket property, "la Villa Authentique", just 800 metres away. Together, the two villas can accommodate up to 30 travellers in ideal conditions of comfort, while maintaining independence and privacy between groups.

The accommodation is as follows:

Ground floor:

- A lounge with bar and sofas,

- A games room with a sofa bed and library,
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob,
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200) with en-suite shower room and WC.

First floor:

- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x200) with en-suite shower room and WC,
- Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room and WC,
- Bedroom 4: Queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower, bath and WC.

Second floor:

- Bedroom 5: Queen-size bed (160x200),
- Bedroom 6: a double bed (140x200),
- A bathroom shared by bedrooms 5 and 6 with shower, bath and WC,
- Bedroom 7: king-size bed (180x200) with en-suite shower room,

All rooms have a television.

For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in a number of additional facilities:

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private garage (3 vehicles) as well as in the car park in front of the house (2 vehicles).
