55m² apartment for 6 people, located on level 0 (residence entrance) and on the 3rd floor (from the residence façade) with a lift.
- Living room: 1 sofa bed for 2 persons, TV
- Kitchen: Ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, raclette, fondue and pierrade machine.
- Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (2 persons – 160cm) + shower room (spacious)/WC and storage space
- Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (1 person – 90cm) with storage space
- Bathroom and separate WC
- Additional Equipments: WIFI, Wii console + games, washing machine, covered parking space (height max 2m10), ski locker
- No pet allowed

The rental price includes: towels included, linen with beds made up, 1 kitchen towel, 1 cleaning kit (sponge, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, cloth), welcome products, charges (water, electricity, heating), cleaning at the end of the stay (except kitchen and dishes).

ARCS 1800 - Residence 4 cristaux : L'ISERAN. Very nice 3 room apartment with a balcony, close to the slopes, facing north, with a magnificent view of the Mont Blanc. Composed of 46 apartments, this high-standing residence is ski-in ski-out in the winter, enjoying an amazing view, and with a heated indoor swimming-pool.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD:
Located in Arcs 1800, in the village of Chantel, a quiet area and a few minutes from the resort centre, the ESF and its shops with free inter-station shuttles. The bus stop is right in front of the Residence. Le « petit marché » store and Le Voga Goga Restaurant are located on the square of Edenarc.
The connection, between le Chantel and the resort centre, is available with the Dahu cable car in 3 minutes only.
