Located in Bourgvilain, Burgundy, Gîte la Framboisine offers a charming 63 m² retreat ideal for up to 4 guests. On the first floor, you'll find a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a private kitchen, dining area, and a living room opening onto a gallery. Upstairs, there are two connecting attic bedrooms: one with a double bed (can be set up as two singles), a dresser, and an armchair; the other with two single beds, a desk, a wardrobe, toy chests, and children's books. The staircase is fitted with a safety gate. A baby cot with linens and blankets is provided for families with young children. Wi-Fi and a private balcony are included. Cleaning can be done by guests or arranged by the owner for an extra fee.
Relax in the orchard area, furnished with loungers and armchairs to enjoy the surrounding nature. The gîte adjoins the owners’ house, allowing for friendly exchanges and local tips.
Breakfast and tasting platters featuring regional specialties—such as farmhouse terrine, goat cheese, country bread, Bresse curd with homemade coulis, and local wafers—are available for an extra fee. Regional wines, beers, and products are also for sale. Events are not permitted on the property.
