Could hear everyone walking around when I was in my room and the communal areas - stairs, breakfast area and bar is quite out dated and could do with an upgrade but room overall was comfortable and I slept very well. Very happy with the bed situation as I went with 2 children and we all had our own bed and usually have to share. Also the lady in the evening who checked us in was amazing friendly and extremely helpful.

I like the theme they have running throughout the hotel all area are clean room was lovely and clean slept well it’s quiet and beds are comfortable. The only thing was when you wanted someone like a member of staff you had to phone them or go looking for them not a massive issue just fell it could be managed better. Breakfast choices were good however it was quite at 9 am and my guest and I both had to ask for our breakfast to be put in the microwave and so did two other couples in the breakfast room. Maybe if it’s in high season the food would be hot.

Used as the base for our golf trip to Bournmouth. Good location and easy parking. Ideal for 8 blokes who werent going to soend any time there other than to sleep.

Very noisy people kept us awake most of the night with arguments and swearing shouting in corridors till 2/3am , room above us very noisy sounded like coming through floor till 2/3am and again from 5am , had very little sleep and reception didn’t do anything about it . A man who was watching us from outside on arrival wanted to know our room number and onanther occasions asked if we wanted him to take our things to our room he just wanted to know our room number for being up to no good, reception ignored him but they probably knew what he was doing no faith in this hotel anymore, been going for a long time but under different management it’s not for the better , won’t be going back

Well placed only a 10 minute walk from the beach. Needs some TLC and a good clean up around the outside of the building and grounds, there is no excuse to leave rubbish and litter lying around especially in the areas customers walk past, it gave the wrong impression. However once inside all is fine. Lovely breakfast.

Very good hotel and very clean and your close to Bournemouth town center and to the seafront the bus stop is 5 min walk and the breakfast is excellent and staff are friendly🙂
