Located in the heart of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Natural Park at 800 m altitude, this family home welcomes up to 6 guests. Enjoy complete privacy and breathtaking views of the Couserans meadows and peaks.



Fully renovated and insulated in 2023, the house is nearly energy self-sufficient thanks to solar panels and a wood-burning stove combined with solar heating. The property remains connected to the electricity grid if needed.



On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living area with lounge, fully equipped kitchen, and wood-burning stove, a bathroom with toilet, and a storage room. The first floor, accessed by a wide staircase, features three bright bedrooms—two with double beds and one with two single beds. A second bathroom with toilet is located on the top floor.



The south-facing garden is fully enclosed.



The house is 5 minutes from Massat (all shops), 30 minutes from Saint-Girons, 1 hour from Foix, and 1.5 hours from Toulouse. It is in a hamlet of three houses, adjoining the home of a retired farmer.



Please note: In summer, the neighborhood setup does not allow for loud or late-night parties. Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Bed linen and towels are not provided.
