Named after the Greek word for “perfect,” Artio Villa embodies refined coastal living in Bali, Crete. Just moments from the beach, this design-led retreat blends minimal architecture, natural light, and understated elegance. Created for both privacy and connection, it offers a serene setting for relaxed island days, stylish gatherings, and an effortlessly walkable stay by the sea.

External Living: The villa’s exterior unfolds as a private coastal sanctuary with sea views, spanning 250 m², including a 70 m² green leisure area. Infinity pool, sunlit terraces, lounge corners, and open-air dining spaces invite seamless outdoor living. A BBQ area enhances al fresco dining, while a children’s pool and play area add family-friendly ease. Private parking for up to three cars is also available.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 70 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. *Kindly note that a pool cover is not available
