This listing is misleading. The location of the house is not the one listed in the app, the actual location is a 40 minute drive outside the city. Also it’s advertised as if the house has a private pool which is not true, there are community pools which have to be reserved 2 days before. Owner tried to charge me $25 over toilet paper and shampoo since he considered we used too much for the time we where there.

Property was clean, safe and exactly as described in the lisitng. Loved that there was security so you know that you're safe as well as individula parking, right in front your door. The pools, bbq area and basketball courts were nice amenities. Property wasn't too far from Pradera Conception (mall nearby) with food and shopping. Grocery store/Walmart was also like 30 mins away, not bad. Overall I enjoyed my stay here, loved the property and really apprecaite the communication between myself and the host. He was honest and transperent the entire time and even tried to assist and give suggestions beyond just the stay, but to make my overall trip better. If you're visiting Guatemala, stay here.
