A private and exclusive 10,000sqm property located in Mexilhoeira Grande, a small village halfway between Portimao and Lagos. The property consists of a large villa and an extra self sufficient cottage, perfect for large groups or families. Situated in a beautiful garden with a pool, tennis court, boule track, putting green with 3 holes, children's playground and BBQ area, something for everyone!

The space
This is a gated property and you will have sole access to the entire property.

The Villa
The main villa of 400sqm consists of a kitchen fully equipped to cook for 20 people, a dining room, a living area with several sofas and a fire place, laundry room and a games room with pool table, table tennis, football game, TV and video games. In this central area there is also a guest toilet. The whole villa is equipped with A / C.

From the heart of the house, 2 bedroom wings, all bedrooms equipped with A / C.

West wing:
Master bedroom with a double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a bath, fire place and a sofa to chill out. This room also opens up to a private terrace by the pool.

East wing:
Double bedroom with a romantic private terrace overlooking the garden and tennis court.

The wooden cottage

Lovely wooden cottage set in the garden with its own terrace and seating area. Master bedroom on top floor with a double bed. Ground floor with an open social area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, large sofa and TV. The ground floor also hosts 2 separate twin bedrooms and a bathroom.

Garden and outdoor spaces
The main villa extends out to the large shaded terrace with sea view. A lounge seating area as well as a dining area. A couple of steps down from the terrace is a large pool area with sunbeds and a pool house with toilet, shower and a BBQ kitchen.

Continue a few steps down from the pool area to the large lawn with kids playground. A small pathway takes you to the tennis court and continues to the boule track and the putting green with three holes and a sand bunker. Before heading back to the villa, you can also visit the fruit tree garden next to the putting green.

If you want to get a wider view of the beautiful surroundings feel free to spend the evening on the roof terrace, equipped with BBQ kitchen and dining area.

Quinta De Brisa

Thanks to Caroline and Torsten who helped make our trip to Quinta de Brisa most enjoyable. The process from booking to a welcomed arrival was simply effortless. The villa was remarkable, located in the most beautifu, fully enclosed grounds with fabulous facilities both inside and outside. With such a varied group of us (adults and children ages 2-11) our needs were met. A short drive to supermarkets and the water park (20 mins) and local beaches (20-30mins). We were under the impression that bed linen and towels were changed twice weekly, although this didn’t happen and wasn’t overly necessary, our trip couldn’t have been any better! Definitely a villa we would return to and highly recommend for larger groups with or without children.

Lovely spacious Villa

Lovely stay at Quinta da Brisa. The Villa is beautiful and spacious with everything you need for a family holiday. Maybe make sure when guests are arriving late that there is suitable lighting on for them and also no basic provisions as in tea coffee milk with nowhere to get this from at such a late hour. Anyway we all found lovely rooms waiting for us after a long journey and slept great. There is something for everyone to entertain themselves with. The pool was beautiful and quite big too. Lots of places to hang around either in company or alone.

Greatest Place in Portugal

We went with 10 family members (incl. one with a rollator) for 7 days to this house. We where called to get in earlier. And the owner zelf was there to show us his great house. It is even better than on the pictures. Very big and we have enjoyed playing golf and tennis. Breakfast we had op the roof terras with a stunning view. We had 3 cars hired but we didn’t doe a lot. We really loved this house and enjoyed it with all of us. BBQ, long evenings under the veranda and also cooked every day together in this huge kitchen. You find towels, koffie, herbs and toilet paper. It is really a great place to have vacation! Thank you guys to make our holidays so great.

Fantastic stay

Complete holiday feeling with such a great place to stay. It had everything we needed for quiet time, sportactivities en places to wine and dine with the whole family. We really really enjoyed our stay and will recommend it to other people whe. They are looking for a house for rent in the beautiful Algarve.

Quntia da Brisa exceeded our expectations!

Based on the VRBO posting we were expecting to see a "nice" place, but Quinta da Brisa turned out to be spectacular! Not only were the grounds beautiful and well kept, but the house was clean and well appointed. The kitchen had every appliance (including 2 coffee makers) that one could ask for. The massive refrigerator and separate large freezer were really useful to us. The villa has a games room (Nintendo, pool table) as well as tennis rackets, clubs and golf balls, lawn bowling balls and yoga mats. Caroline, the host, was very helpful leading up to our arrival and checked in by e-mail to make sure everything was ok (she has people looking after cleaning, the pool and the garden). We could not have asked for a better experience. The location was great with a short drive to the many lovely beaches in the Algarve. We highly recommend this place for anyone with kids or looking for an extended family vacation location.

É uma casa excelente, espaçosa, muito bem equipada. Os espaços exteriores são muito agradáveis, a piscina e zona envolvente espetacular. A Carolina foi sempre muito pronta nas respostas a todas as perguntas antes da estadia e o Senhor Torsten muito simpático. Aconselho a um maior cuidado na limpeza, principalmente no interior da casa. Aconselho, é um local para voltar no futuro.

Perfect stay

We stayed at Quinta Da Brisa for one week with our friends and family and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is a great size, with plenty of space for socialising and the garden and pool area are huge. The villa manager was really helpful and responded really quickly to any questions we had and also put is in touch with their local contacts if we had any problems during our stay. We hosted a wedding reception in the grounds of the villa and it exceeded all of our expectations. We had an absolutely incredible stay and will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you

grosszügige, luxuriöse Villa mit allem und mehr :-)

Das Anwesen ist wirklich riesengross - nach Ankunft machten wir erst mal einen ausgiebigen Spaziergang über das Grundstück. Die Villa selber ist mit geräumigen Zimmern ausgestattet durchwegs stilvoll und gemütlich. Auch das dazugehörige Chalet ist hübsch. Und am wie im Pool fühlt man sich sofort wohl. Der (harte) Tennisplatz ist zwar teils von Baumwurzeln etwas mitgenommen, aber immer noch bestens bespielbar. Und auch das Putting Green, Pingpong und Billard haben uns bestens bei Laune gehalten. (Nur das automatische Tor hat uns mal ein Schnippchen geschlagen: Die letzten zwei von uns wurden gerade von einem Uber abgeholt, als sich das Tor schloss - und die einzige RC, die noch da war, nicht funktionierte. Wir mussten also warten, bis jemand unserer Freunde mit einer anderen RC zurückkam.)
