STUDIO GUEST COTTAGE ON THE NATIONAL FOREST

Unit does NOT have a kitchen.

Chill out in the beautiful ponderosa pine forest of Pinetop, Arizona. Our property backs the Site-graves National Forest. The property is within walking distance to Charlie Clark's, The Orchard, Eddie's Country Store, coffee shops, and lots of cute little shops. We are the closest property to the forest entrance. In the summertime, enjoy hiking trails that are only steps away. In the winter months, we are twenty minutes from winter sports at Sunrise Ski Resort.

We have two parking spots with video monitoring. Non-aggressive dogs are welcome to play in the front gated yard. We have three very friendly dogs in a separate yard. There is a $40 pet fee if registered ahead of time. $50 fee for unregistered "surprise" pets. We are pet friendly but please declare your pet! Please take your pets with you when you leave to go out.

We have a mounted 40-inch Samsung TV has with apps and streams movies well. There is a weak WIFI signal in the cottage. We also have a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, and DVD player. There is no kitchen!

The cottage was built in 1955 and still has the original pine walls. It is cozy with a charming mountain feel. The rustic bedroom is contrasted by a newly renovated luxury style bathroom featuring marble floors, marble counter tops, and a walk-in shower. There is a whole bathroom water filter and tankless water heater. Hydronic baseboard heaters with thermostat control will keep you comfortable. The heaters are quiet and keep the room warm without drying the air. We do not have air conditioning but there is a portable fan to put by the security screen door. You cannot see into the room with the security door closed.

The cottage has one comfortable queen-sized bed that can fit two people. The cottage itself is is not attached to the main house. It is attached to the garage but there is no entrance into the cottage from the garage.

The cottage features all new electric, plumbing, and a smoke detector for your safety and peace of mind.

We have five outdoor security cameras on the acreage. They have the ability to monitor and record video and sound. One on the playground, one on the front yard, one on the side of the front yard, one pointing at the driveway, and one doorbell camera at the gate for the main house.
