This is a rip off for the money! I am 89 years old, put on second floor, no elevator,had to carry luggage upstairs! Room bad, no light in bathroom, fan runs all the time, sink won't drain, phone no numbers, Tv complicated, dirty hall and stairs, no coffee pot, breakfast awful!! I will not be recommending this place!

We wish we would have known that we would have had to carry our luggage up steps, and there was no elevator. We have physical disability, and we did not know ahead of time. There was no elevator in this hotel.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly. I had read other reviews about the homeless shelter across the street. They were right…lots of people! Once in the room we weren’t bothered by them though and the noise level wasn’t bad. The pool area was super small and cramped and the chlorine smell in that little room was so strong my throat and eyes were burning almost immediately. Because of this we took the kids to Bozeman hot springs to swim instead. The room was comfortable but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Listed coffee makers in room but there was not. Coffee in lobby was empty on more than one occasion, No decaf offered, breakfast was very cheap and limited, went an entire day with no wifi. Homeless everywhere outside area.

Stay was so bad we left and checked into another hotel. No internet service. The person above us paced around constantly, which normally wouldn’t bother me. But the floor squeaked loudly at every step. So it was squeak, squeak, squeak for hours. Talked to the front desk. They said the internet had been like that for weeks. They didn’t have another room to move us to, so we left.
