This was the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever encountered for many reasons I would give it zero stars if that was an option. Starting with the hotel staff for very unkind their restaurant was absolutely unacceptable in the wait time of two hours for food with no communication the most unsettling was their staff from the front desk, lady screaming at our children and locking the pool early due to them being loud with no warning secondly, the cleaning staff letting themselves in into our room an hour before our checkout time without knocking or warning that they were coming in.

Airport pick-up was on-time and easy. Reception and eatery staff were very customer service focused and happy. Very cozy lobby and clean rooms. Staff was happy to help cancel a night because of a scheduling conflict. A fun experience. Would recommend to family and friends.
