Unit was cold!

Unfortunately, the thermostat wasn’t functioning and the unit pumped out cold air instead of warm, and stayed at a very cold 60 until evening when the bedroom was a bit too warm. The owner was very responsive, but unable to fix the issue. The hot water heater was also set very low so the shower water temperature was also cool and water pressure was low. There was a long flight of stairs getting up to the unit, so be aware for those who have difficulty with stairs! The owner was very responsive and accommodating, and we appreciated that very much!
