This three- bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath townhome redefines the VRBO experience. Beautifully appointed with all the comforts of home this experience will not disappoint. Situated on a 7- acre park with a private back yard and big Bridger Mountain views this home showcases what we love about Montana. Owned and built by a custom builder, no detail was overlooked in the construction of this luxury townhouse. High-end furnishings and finishes make this a perfect destination for the discriminating traveler. House is meticously maintained and cleaned between guests for peace of mind. Many extra amenities from robes to soaps and everything in between make it hard to say goodbye.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal including service for 6 with additional silverware and serving pieces. Beautiful outdoor patio with extra seating and Weber grill provides the perfect place to relax and enjoy Montana sunsets. Located just 4 miles from the heart of Downtown Bozeman this location provides easy access to downtown or the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the many recreational opportunities that can be found in our backyard. The owners are Bozeman Natives so don’t hesitate to ask for recommendations on everything Bozeman.

Yellowstone Vacation

This property was a great location for our family trip to Yellowstone. We were a 1.5 hour drive from both the north and west gates. Plus, we had all the conveniences of everything in Bozeman when it came to food, groceries etc. The house was very nice and clean, and was well stocked with all the essentials. The hosts were very responsive to my questions prior to travel. I would not hesitate to stay here again if we visited this area in the future.

Bozeman beauty

Our stay at Rosa Way South exceeded all our expectations! The location was perfect for us...quiet, yet short drive into town. Panoramic view of the mountains and lovely green space to look out at each morning and evening. The house is just as pictured ~ five star quality including the most comfy beds and a couch that you wanted to sink into at the end of a busy day. Thank you, to Ted and Ann Marie, for leaving a lovely welcome gift for us! When we are back in Bozeman, we look forward to having Rosa Way as a place to hang our hats! Thank you for making our first Montana stay so wonderful.

Lovely Home

Truly a 5-star rental. Clean, comfortable, and convenient. The kitchen and gathering area were perfect for our family and the beds were very comfortable. You don't need to look further to find a place that will meet all of your needs.

Great home for MSU visit with family

Beautiful home with great space. Close to Main Street and campus. Room for everyone and three beautifully appointed bedrooms. This home had everything you could ask for- we thoroughly enjoyed it!

Awesome house

This is a first class home. Great attention to detail, impeccably clean and stocked with everything you need to make your stay perfect. Every time I walked in the door and saw the couch I just wanted to drop down on it and just “be”. The whole place is calm and welcoming. I can’t recommend it highly enough. The location on the west side of Bozeman gives you easy access to Gallatin Gateway and Big Sky, yet it’s just a short drive to downtown Bozeman.

Wedding weekend

We rented this lovely house to have a comfortable place to stay while in town for our son’s wedding. It worked out beautifully. There was enough space for us and our grandsons to get ready for all the events we attended. The house is nicely decorated and well stocked. It is apparent that the owner cares about making guests feel welcome.

Beautiful, relaxing oasis with mountain views

We stayed here for MSU graduation and it was a perfect home base and place to relax at the end of busy days. It had everything we needed and the space to spread out. The view of the mountains and the park out back were wonderful amenities. It was wonderful to have a spacious and well stocked kitchen along with super comfy beds. It was a wonderful stay - highly recommend!

Another great stay at one of our favorite Bozeman properties! Very clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a deep couch which is perfect for enjoying movies:). The property is also centrally located making it easy to explore downtown or MSU. Highly recommend this Bozeman gem!
