Clean, spacious, modernly styled King suite. Only issue TV - difficulty operating the remote, odd menu selection routine and the image had frequent breakups and colapses making it unusable for several hours of my limited viewing time. Clean and lots of room to move in. Fridge, microwave, utensils, pots and pans and diner ware and a sink and dishwasher. Nice.

The staff, front desk and cleaning crew, were so friendly and helpful. I really can’t say enough good things about them. Their tips about what activities to do, what restaurants to eat at, and what to avoid were spot on. The hotel was quiet, clean, and our room had a lovely view of the mountains. The location was perfect for us - 15 minutes from the airport, close to the freeway, and close to downtown.

Not what we expected.

Shower had limited hot water, based on one room shower. Shower had orange soap scum and slime in corners which were obvious. Drinking water available in libby available, but in plastic glasses-not eco-friendly. Coffee empty after breakfast and never refilled, so not available at other times. Breakfast items not replenished for the hour we were in the dining area. $25 for sheltered parking that is very limited in number of spots was frustrating. **Staff were very friendly and eager to help, but need to hire more.
