Your relaxation vacation will begin once you step through the door of this adorable Bradenton Beach condo. This one bedroom one bath Anna Maria Island vacation rental with queen size sleeper sofa has been fully renovated including a new HVAC system and sleeps 4. New furnishings tastefully decorate the unit in a pleasing beach island decor. Located in Coquina Reef Condominiums, this complex consists of two separate buildings, each having only eight units. The condo offers amenities galore and will only add to your relaxing vacation. Furnishings include, a king bed, new stainless steel appliances, a professional linen service, granite countertops and a 46 inch HD TV with blue ray player, and free wifi. A private screened in balcony with retractable sunshades and patio set provide a lovely outside setting. The amenities don't stop there. A heated community pool with gas grill, lounge chairs, umbrella tables and an outdoor shower and bathroom provide a wonderful outdoor experience. Covered parking is provided. The white sand beach, historic Bridge Street, restaurants and shopping are just a short block away. If you prefer to explore the island on wheels, it could not be easier once on board the free AMI trolley that runs the length of our beautiful 7 mile Island. Contact us today for booking information. The condo was just as advertised. Very clean, great location. The condo is compact but plenty of room for the two of us. The amenities, sheets, towels, cookware are all high end and plentiful. Communication with Steven from start to finish was excellent. He always responded to questions quickly and even allowed us to check out an hour earlier due to our travel schedule. The neighbors in the complex were all very nice and quite a few of them are owners and return guests.We will definitely return next year if time allows and the unit is available.

This is a really nicely equipped end unit. We enjoyed our time in the screened in porch. Appreciated the coffee maker and Keurig. The beach shelter was easy to set up, so with the chairs and the wagon. Our time at the beach was comfortable. This location is so handy to so much. Looking forward to a return stay.

A return visit for us which never disappoints. This compact condo is a gem in an ideal location for Bradenton Beach, Bridge Street and AMI. Though small, the condo is very comfortable, and very well equipped with every amenity.The Coquina Beach complex is an eclectic mix of long term and short term rentals. In most cases, the long term residents are lovely and welcoming. Short term rentals can be variable, often with noise levels in direct proportion to the number of children. Overall we enjoyed our short stay and will certainly return to this lovely property.

What a great place to stay on Anna Marie Island, stayed over Christmas 2025 for nine days. Everything you needed was there even your first supplies of including coffee creamer paper towel towels etc. The candle is very clean and comfortable, The washer and dryer was definitely a plus. Condo association is small, perfect location, and quiet. Everything is in walking distance. The big bonus was the storage area which had a beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, all the water toys you would want.. a large and small cooler located in the condo, used it several times. And we truly enjoyed the screened in balcony. Our host was wonderful. Steven was quick to respond and answer all my questions.

Amazing all around!

Cute, comfortable, clean space with very communicative and friendly owners. Myfamily of 4 had everything we needed! And the location is perfect….short walk to the gorgeous beach, as well as Bridge St which is full of restaurants and bars and the candy/ice cream. The beach supplies (cooler bag, umbrellas, chairs, toys, wagon to transport, etc) were so nice to have since we flew in from MD. We hope to come back to this gorgeous island and stay in the same unit! Thank you!!
