Wonderful Experience!!!

It was a quiet area, the view of the inter coastal water way was breath taking especially at dawn.. and in the evening it was wonderful to sit on the patio in shade and watch the boats go by and see the bridge going up and down. My sister in laws and me LOVED that view.

Amazing Bay View

We loved this corner unit looking out to the bay! We saw dolphins, pelicans, egrets, and much more! My littlest was intrigued with all the birds! Would definitely come again!

Lovely View!

This unit has a lovely view of the bay. Unfortunately, it desperately needs to be updated, especially the kitchen. I spent two hours scrubbing what appeared to be the original tiled countertop before I felt comfortable using it. The cabinets need to be replaced or at least repainted. Actually the entire unit needs to be painted. The front screen door is so old you can’t even close it. The comforter in the master bedroom smelled like body odor, obviously had not been washed in some time. The second bathroom tub is so old the bottom of the tub actually has holes in it where the porcelain has worn away. I wonder how long it has been since the owner has seen the condition this unit is in. I have stayed in several lovely Runaway Bay condos over the last few years, this one was a real disappointment!

This is my second stay at your property I was there for a month August 7 to September 2 perfect location beautiful Baysite!! Could use a little updating with the bedroom flooring in the guest bathroom. Fantastic appliances an items that you need in the kitchen when you are traveling!! Wonderful property I hope to be able to return it sometime thank you for sharing your lovely home!!

I stayed for a month met new friends that live at the complex you’re around swimming pool and the location of being able to get to the beach was fantastic I’m coming again in September great place to relax and unwind

We chose this unit because it had a bay view which was wonderful, but the unit itself is in much need of some updates. We did find a few pests inside the unit which, we reported to the property manager for pest control.

It was an amazing week. The place had a everything we needed. The location was awesome with incredible sunrise and a very short walk to the most stunning sunsets. Wild life was exquisite. We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect place to stay on Anna Maria Island

Initially rented this property because of the pool, beach and water view. Everything was perfect! The kitchen had many amenities, including spices, oils, and coffee filters which was very helpful. We walked to the beach, restaurants and Bridge Street. There is a trolley stop right in front of Runaway Bay if you want to go to the other end of the island.
