Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay. The spacious living area includes a large Plasma TV and a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests. The private bedroom is furnished with a plush pillow-top queen bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Everything about unit 11 was as described. Excellent location to the beach- just needed to cross the street. Check in was easy as well as the check out. Very near a stop for the free trolley, which was convenient. I suggest downloading the app so you can see where the trolleys are. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great size and location for 2 people. Very clean, modern feel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will say having a membership to Cedars is not a helpful amenity as it’s located on longboat key, a 20 min drive away. The beach chairs on the beach run out when it’s crowded but they had folding chairs in the unit. Other than that, everything was as described and worked out well for us.

Perfect place for two

A great place to stay. Beach access right across the street. Comfy lounge chairs and umbrellas provided for relaxing on the beach. Easy access to everything you need (supermarket, dining,etc). Would definitely stay here again.

Location is perfect, the property manager was lovely and so helpful. They had tubes and boogie boards to borrow and chairs on the beach. Cannot wait to stay there again!

We had plenty of space and the amenities were just want we needed. The close proximity to the beach was perfect for hauling all our beach toys there in the morning. The pool was nice to come back too after the beach and play around for a little before dinner. I would absolutely recommend to a friend and even bring our family back to visit again.
