Points forts : Propreté
The house was very nice, backyard and view was even nicer. We had a ton of fun and wish we had stayed longer. Only things to mention would be the elevator not working, didn’t think much at first but it’s 3 stories and with luggage it definitely gets tiresome with how narrow and steep the stairs are. As well, the hot tub we could not get to turn on and when we contacted them about it they responded very promptly saying that someone would be by soon to show us how to use it. However, they showed us how to use it and then later in the night when we attempted to use it, it would not heat up. Other than that with everything working it would be 10/10.

Pros:House is beautifully decorated (as pictured) and kitchen stocked well with plates, bowls, glasses and silverware, pots and pans, spacious high end refrigerator and Henckel knife set. The house provided us with a beach cart, 6 chairs and plenty of beach towels! Plus, the beach is a close 2-3 minute walk! There is a ping pong table in the garage (not pictured).Cons:Dock not as pictured. Only “L” shape in front of house, not the “T” in front of the neighbors house, plus no benches or fish cleaning station. We only caught small fish. Pool is nice; however, the hot tub was not bubbly nor could we get it hot. Helpful things: 1) The house could use some places to hang bath towels in a few of the bathrooms. 2) With a house full of people, an additional washer and dryer upstairs in the space already set up for it would have been nice to have. Overall we had a wonderful time together as a family!

We had an amazing stay at Tropic Like It’s Hot! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our group of 10. The location couldn’t be better — steps from the beach with a great pool and plenty of space for everyone to relax.Like any rental, a couple of small things came up (the elevator and hot tub), but what impressed us most was how quickly and professionally AMI Locals responded. That level of service is worth more than perfection — it made us feel taken care of and let us truly relax.Travelers should know: you’re in excellent hands here. The property delivers everything you see in the photos and more, and the team behind it goes above and beyond. We left with nothing but great memories and can’t wait to come back!
