Welcome to Coquina Moorings 205, a beautiful second-floor bayfront and gulf-front condo near Coquina Beach. Enjoy stunning bay views from the master bedroom, living room, and screened balcony with your morning coffee. The guest bedroom also features a private screened balcony, perfect for watching the sunset – the best of both worlds!

This spacious unit offers Gulf-to-Bay views of the Gulf of Mexico and the Intracoastal Waterway. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite with a walk-in shower. The Gulf-side bedroom has a queen bed, and the center bedroom includes twin beds. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals.

Coquina Moorings features a heated pool, BBQ area surrounded by tropical landscaping, and unique docking facilities. Fish right from the docks, clean your catch at the cutting station, or bring in your offshore haul. Nearby attractions include Coquina Beach, Leffis Key, and a convenient boat ramp. For added convenience, the condo has an in-unit laundry and a storage unit for beach supplies.

DOCK/BOATS: There are multiple docks available on a first-come-first-served basis. Water excursion operators may also pick up from these docks.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. The condo was exactly as pictured on Vrbo. You cannot beat the location. The ocean views are stunning, as are the bayside views. We had three teenagers with us and it fit us perfectly. The owners have provided a ton of beach equipment, which we loved. The provided plates are too big for the dishwasher, so that was a mild inconvenience. Two of the eyes on the stove didn’t work, so preparing food was difficult. We called the number on the refrigerator but never heard back from the rental company. I now wonder if that is an outdated number. We had a wonderful week and I’m already excited about planning next year’s trip!

This property was definitely older but super clean. Very spacious and laid out well. The beach is literally across the street and so close to lovely Coquina beach with a great area to hang for the day. The only thing we noticed was a very musty/mildew smell in the living area. Probably due to lots of rain.

Real Estate company contacted me right before we were packing to leave for our trip. Rep from RE Mgmt Co stated that the roof was being repaired at the condo we booked. She said the pool wouldn’t be open till Fri, Aug 22. This was the expected completion date for the roof. Although she offered to relocate us, it had taken a long time to find this location, so we declined. They eventually gave us a discount on what we originally paid, But overall this really negatively affected our trip. Workers above the bedroom @ 7:00am pounding & drilling. Pool was never opened during our stay. Soot & chunks of roofing all over the balconies & outdoor areas. Very disappointing!!

The Beach, Bay and Pool were all within walking distance!

The condo was very spacious - even for 3 adult couples. It was on the second floor so we had lots of exercise going up and down the steps. The storage closet had lots of beach supplies including chairs, umbrella, tarp, fishing rods and beach toys. We spend lots of time in the pool and just walked across the street to go to the beach. Memorial Weekend had a lot of traffic because there was only one road, but we had already shopped for supplies so we didn't need to go out. With no traffic, everything was within 3 miles and easy to get to. We never left the island until it was time to go home. We even rented a pontoon boat from Twisted Anchors and they delivered the boat to the ramp less than a quarter mile away. Very convenient. I would definitely rent on Anna Maria Island again.

Unique Property with both bay and gulf views

I will rate the views from the front and back patios 5 stars! Your back patio is right on the bay with plenty of nature to view and the front patio has views of the gulf. The apartment is clean but could use some updating. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your place.

Perfect Relaxation

It was perfect distance to the beach. Beautiful ocean view off bedroom balcony and there was a beautiful bay view off the living room and master bedroom balcony. House had everything we needed and very clean. Absolutely perfect!
