For your convenience, the home includes a beach wagon with beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and all bath towels, beach towels, and linens—everything ready for a relaxing stay!

ï»żPlease note a starter set of toiletries and supplies are left for your arrival. The complimentary starter set includes:
Two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, small hand soap, one paper towel roll, two garbage bags, small dish soap and two pods for the dishwasher. With a Publix grocery store located nearby for anything else desired.

Pools are heated October - April at no additional costs. Full disclosure if temperate drop below 60 heaters do not work at full capacity fighting the ambient temp. Below 60 the heaters do not come on until temperatures rise

Please Remember: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level. Noise ordinance is in effect 10pm to 7am. Excessive and unreasonable noise can result in disciplinary actions including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund.

The house was great. Plenty of room for our party. The beds were comfy and the host was super responsive. It was great having a hot tub and pool to come home to after a long day at the beach! The only complaint was there was a ton of construction on the street and surrounding us so it was a little noisy at times but overall we loved it. Would definitely book again!

The pool was great! It was nice to enjoy a heated pool & spa as the air temperature was not very cooperative! The beds were very comfortable! Our only complaint is that the tv remotes were not easy to use. We will definitely book again in the future!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The property was incredibly spacious and had more than enough room for our entire group to hang out comfortably. The location is unbeatable—super close to the beach, and we loved that they provided enough beach chairs for every single guest! The only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect is a later checkout time so we could have enjoyed it just a little bit longer. Highly recommend!

House was nice, It appears it was a recent fix and flip which is fine but a couple quirks. First, you are not dealing with the owner of the house but a management company. This review is not so much about the owner, because I never had contact with them, even though I requested an email to send him my concerns directly.

Annual Florida Trip

Great area that is very close to the beach. The beach was beautiful, clean, and not crowded. It is walking friendly. Also, there is a free trolley that runs the length of the island. It came in handy for going to restaurants and Publix. The house had nicely remodeled bathrooms. We will be returning to this beautiful area!

The location is about a 2 block’s walk to the beach! Great beach, not crowded at all. 4 good beach chairs. Sand wash off on the side of the house. Plenty of towels. 4 excellent bedrooms, comfortable beds. 3 baths with walk-in showers. 1 bath with toilet and tub. Great kitchen. Only suggestion is to add a Curic for coffee. Comfortable lanais(2). Host was just a text away with immediate response. Great Stay!

Great family retreat

This was more of a vacation for older family members to bond with our children who live in Bradenton, and 2 teenage grandchildren. The house was great with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, large smart TVs in every room. Bathrooms had great showers (excellent shower pressure) and more than enough towels and wash cloths. Kitchen is very modern with a large refrigerator. 2 lanais (front and back) gave everyone great spaces to relax and chill. Only 2 (short) blocks to the beautiful beach! A little bit of heaven there! The host was very accommodating and only a text away. This house is on a dead end street so traffic is limited which is great. This was the first time I had ridden the trolley to Walgreens and Publix. It was free and fun. Everyone was so nice. The only suggestion would be a Curick for the kitchen and a few board games.

A few days in paradise

We rented this house to stay in for my cousins wedding on the beach. The house is beautifully remodeled and has everything you need for a comfy stay. It’s about a block or so from the beach and very close to food/groceries. Four bedrooms all with kings sized beds and two on suite bathrooms really came in handy. There are also two additional bathrooms. We had five people staying at the house and we were all very comfortable with the space. The two screened in porches are great for having breakfast or reading when you aren’t at the beach. Overall we would definitely stay again, what a hidden gem! With the rising cost of hotels on the island this was an affordable way for us to have a multi-night stay and we had all the room we could want. Amanda was very responsive to messages and we appreciated that the listing was an accurate reflection of the actual property. Definitely give it a try, perfect for a family vacation.

Perfect getaway

This is an amazing house! Only a short walk from the beach, and has some beach gear + a wagon to use. The house is very spacious with 4 king beds and 4 bathrooms. Extremely clean. Only thing I would change - some throw blankets for the couches!

Great house, great location

We love visiting AMI but this was our first time staying on Bradenton Beach. The house was recently renovated and exactly as described. My teens loved being able to spread out and have their own space. The walk to the beach was super quick and easy and we really appreciated the provided beach gear! The location was convenient to all of our favorite places.
