The Coolest Place in Paradise on AMI, high speed WI-FI, Smart TV in every room

A "no smoking" Unit #130 located on 1801 Gulf Dr, Bradenton Beach, is suitable for young, seniors and in between (sleeps 6, (max 4 adults), king size bed in master bedroom, second bedroom has one full size bed, one twin size bed and two rollaway beds suitable for adolescents.
This well maintained 2BR/2Bath condo unit is centrally located in the interior of the Runaway Bay Condo community. Painted in colors that give you a very relaxing Florida and Island feel and tastefully decorated and furnished in a complementary Florida and island manner. The spacious open floor plan is from the kitchen with newer cabinets, through the living room and onto the lanai/patio where you can have alfresco dining and enjoy the lush green lawn, garden view and pond.

The spacious master bedroom beckons and is complemented by updated walk-in ceramic tiled shower and ample closet space. All rooms are fully tiled, including bedrooms All rooms also have. ceiling fans; all bedrooms and living room have Smart Roku TVs, In-Unit Washer & Dryer is provided. Assigned parking is right outside your door.

Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels are provided.

Community amenities include clubhouse, equipped fitness area, tennis court, largest heated salt water swimming pool in Bradenton Beach, shuffleboard, fishing dock access, Picnic tables and charcoal grills. There is a signalized cross walk to direct access to the white sand beach & turquoise gulf waters. Enjoy the serenity of the beautiful evening sunsets too. There is access to all of the wonderful shops, restaurants, and sites across Anna Maria Island (AMI) for you to explore, whether you choose to walk, cycle, or ride the free trolley (which stops right in front of the RunAway Bay condo complex) . For security purposes, a Ring doorbell is present at the front door. There are no other cameras present in or outside the building. Monitoring of Ring is inactivated when guests are present.

Perfect location!

This condo was the perfect place to house my family of 5 in mid-July. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed + the mini cooler, sand toys, beach towels, beach chairs and wagon were wonderful bonuses. We left 2 boogie boards for future guests to enjoy. This location and complex is perfect for families and the perfect walking distance to the beach. This condo is located very close to the pool as well, with a beautiful view of the pond.

Very clean condo and love the location!

This is the second time we have stayed at this condo and it did not disappoint. Very clean and well stocked. We love the condo's location. It is so close to the beach and such a nice pool! Will definitely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo! It has a very well stocked kitchen, comfortable living room furniture, entire condo is very clean, all the linens, towels, beach chairs and wagon provided take to the beach. Beds were also comfortable. The patio was wonderful to seat on all times of the day, with the local birds becoming our pets; Fred(great egret), Wilma ( small egret), Red Boots ( Ibis) and Floyd ( grey Heron). They were very friendly, and became part of our family. The Owner is very responsive to questions, and gets back to you very Quickly. We enjoyed the pool and shuffle board courts and a nice walk to the canal where some were fishing from the dock. We all had a relaxing and lovely stay in this condo and the community of Runaway Bay. We hope to return soon.

Great place!

Easy walk to the beach and love this condo with the patio and the sitting by the little “waterway” going thru the property. Lots of food and ice cream within walking distance too! This unit was clean the kitchen was well stocked for staying in to eat.

Great location! Property was welcoming, clean and bright. Stocked with everything you need for the beach. Stocked with games to play if hanging at the condo. Enjoyed the pool and workout room. Met many friendly people staying at condos in Runaway Bay. Will definitely stay there again!

Great location & condo!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location was right by the beach so it easy each day to make our way to the ocean! The place was clean, good linens and comfortable beds. They had outdoor chairs, wagon and umbrella to use which was greatly appreciated! The only opportunity to improve was more cookware in the kitchen but that's person preference since we cook-in to save money. High recommend this listing!

The unit was very well supplied. We were very surprised to find out the beach was across the street from us because according to the pictures we had the impression we walked out of the building and the beach was there. Unfortunately, the condo was not clean. The kitchen was pretty good, but Whoever vacuumed did a terrible job and we found other peoples receipts and one of the bedrooms. The worst thing I saw was a very old hairbrush loaded with hair and one of the bathroom drawers. I did not use any drawers in that room after that. Aside from the cleanliness, though, we were satisfied with the condo.

Great Place!

Perfect place for my family to stay. A few moments from the beach and pool- and plenty of room for everyone. I have 3 kids, (2, 5, and 17) and haven’t stayed in a more perfect place suited to our needs yet! It was a great experience and we WILL BE BACK!!

Annual Girls Trip

We are all either currently working in the school system or retired from the public school system. We started taking a summer trip together 12 years ago, only missing 2 years, 1 for Covid and 1 because one of us was battling cancer. We truly enjoy this time to catch up, relax, get some sun, eat and drink adult beverages. This was our first time in the Anna Maria Island area and we had a terrific time finding new places to eat and hang out. Thank you for your beautiful condo.

We loved this condo at Runaway Bay .Anna provided everything we needed including comforter mattresses, bedding and towels. Next time we will bring our own pickleball paddles. Last time we were at Runaway Bay we could check some out at the office and they no longer have any.

Awesome Stay at Runaway Bay

Anna was a terrific host and her place exceeded all our expectations. 2 Pickleball courts were used every day and we met some incredibly nice guests during our stay. Only downside was the Red Tide which precluded us from using the beach as often as we would have liked! Highly recommend this property!
