3 THINGS TO NOTE

A digital rental agreement must be signed before arrival. You must provide a legal valid ID and a verification selfie.

For amenity access, a $642 fee is required if you want access. This includes all amenities including the golf course. If your stay is 4 months or longer, the fee is 300 dollars.

Dining and Tiki Bar. If you dine or drink at the on site restaurants or Tiki Bar, provide Member ID 4267A01 when paying.

• You pay for your own food and drinks.

• The Member ID ensures your spending is credited to the account.

• There is a $50 minimum food spend for every month of stay. If you are unable to spend $50 at the end of your stay, we will have to collect the fee and include it to the balance.

- It doesn't cost you extra to spend this, we just have a minimum spend as a member of the HOA and it helps us meet the requirement.

- The food options are excellent. Enjoy the Tiki bar 🍹 and the sit-down restaurant Deke’s 🍽️, with both dine-in and carryout available. Whenever you make a purchase, please use Member ID 4267A01.

- Lakewood also requires you to send the IDs and phone numbers of the other guests staying. If the dependent does not have a DL, please provide some sort of identification (example Birth Certificate). Thank you!

Guest Access:

With the $642 amenity fee, guests have access to the entire community and all its amenities including the state of the art fitness center, the pools, the golf course (no limit on number of times guests can golf), the restaurants, etc.

The neighborhood is quiet, residential, and mostly older owners!



Getting Around:

A car can be convenient 🚗, but you may not need it here. Enjoy a prime Lakewood National location within walking distance to the clubhouse 🏡, practice greens ⛳, and resort-style pool 🏖️. One of the closest buildings to everything!

⚠️ Damage Waiver: Every reservation includes our Damage Waiver Program — you’re covered for up to $500 in accidental damage during your stay. Just relax and enjoy your trip, knowing little mishaps are taken care of. (Note, this is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance; this self-funded protection covers up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only. Examples included linens, towels, and wine



🐜 Pest Note: We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address concerns.



⚠️ Please be aware that certain situations beyond our control may occur, including construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or other issues on neighboring properties or units. As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related



🚼Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.

Interaction with guests



PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.



✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
