During cooler weather, the heating system may take longer and may not be able to maintain very high temperatures. Likewise, during hotter days, the water may not feel as warm due to the surrounding temperature.)
▪️We’re delighted to welcome you to our beautiful waterfront property. Due to the home’s proximity to the water, insects such as mosquitoes, no-see-ums, and other bugs may occasionally be present, especially around dawn and dusk. While we regularly perform pest control treatments, this is a natural part of being near the water. Please also note that wildlife, including alligators, may be present in nearby freshwater areas, as is common throughout Florida. We kindly ask guests to enjoy the surroundings responsibly and supervise children near the water at all times. Your comfort and safety are always our priority.
