RESORT AMENITIES
Marina Walk Amenities - Resort Amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include free Wi-Fi, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is on site to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional luxurious amenities of Harbour Isle. Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival. The check in process and the key fob and gate were a bit confusing. The rest of the stay was outstanding. The condo is beautifuly laid out and convenient to everything. I would absolutely stay here again

Privacy Concerns: Realtor Wanting to Book Showings During Stay.

While the property itself was decent, our overall experience was overshadowed by an unexpected and intrusive event. On the second day of our stay, we were informed that a realtor would be coming with a potential buyer to view the property, as it was listed for sale! This information was not disclosed in the VRBO listing, and we felt it was a significant invasion of privacy. Sea Breeze, the property management, includes this clause in a contract they send after you book the property on VRBO and give you a 48-hour window to sign before canceling your reservation. I spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with VRBO representatives to address the situation, but the management insisted that we were fortunate to even have the option of choosing a viewing time. They said it was not always an option for guests. This experience left a sour taste in our mouths, and I would caution future guests to be wary of this possibility before booking. Unless you are comfortable with the risk of having realtors showing up during your vacation, I would recommend exploring other accommodation options.

This place was perfect! Gillian was great to work with from the reservation to checkout. The condo was very clean and well-equipped - from beach bags, coolers, beach towels to cookie sheets, cooking spray - everything we needed or wanted was there! Thank you for your hospitality - we will be back!!

Relaxing & Convenient with Amazing Views

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Changes in Latitude beginning with the beautiful views of the water from every angle including the master bedroom and sunsets every night. The screened in porch with fan is a bonus for sure being right on the water in south Florida. The condo is nicely and newly decorated with plenty of space with a huge kitchen not to mention the breakfast bar. AMI is a short drive over the bridge and also close to Publix. The amenities are a hop skip and jump. Being a gated Margaritaville community including excursions and waterfront restaurant within walking distance doesn't hurt either. Would return here in a heartbeat.

Loved every minute!

The property owners went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was perfect. The condo is gorgeous and had all we needed from the kitchen to beach bags, toys and more. This condo was amazing! It is beautifully decorated and very well appointed! Everything is exactly as listed and the owners are very responsive to any questions. The location is perfect ....very close to Anna Maria Island and the IMG Academy. We would definitely stay again and loved every minute!!!!

Absolutely Perfect

Everything about this property is perfect. A beautiful condo in a gorgeous location with owners who truly care about their guests. Communication was excellent with prompt responses to questions during the booking process, clear and detailed instructions regarding contactless check-in, and several inquiries throughout our stay to make sure we lacked for nothing. Everything we could have needed had been thoughtfully provided. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with cookware, tableware, coffee maker, blender, and a few condiments. The bathrooms were immaculate with various toiletries provided, in case you forgot your own. Plenty of beach/pool and bath towels available for a family of six. Beach chairs provided too... The list goes on! We absolutely loved our stay! Thank you!

Our stay at One Particular Harbour was absolutely perfect. The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The owners were phenomenal and responsive. Home away from home

Such a great location overlooking the Anna Maria Sound. A quiet neighborhood just over a walkable bridge to Anna Maria Island. Bob and Gillian are adorable. They greeted us and informed us of all the highlights in the area. Their unit is modern, impeccable with all the comforts of home. . We loved sitting in the lanai watching the sunset over the Sound. We also enjoyed hanging at the clubhouse. Hoping to return next year. Our thanks to Gillian and Bob for their hospitality.

Excellent condo, location & amenities....

The owners, were great ! Made us feel very welcome almost like family!!! The process thru VRBO was very mixed up... owners was given little admin help to honor the agreed price and credits .. an to date I have not gotten my credit.... that the owner submitted.... With all electronic processes to date , this sh be a turn around of no more that 48 hrs..... this mess started 12/20/19!!!!!!
