Luxury Condo at One Particular Harbour 392-201

This new 2 bedroom 2 bath condo offers a partial courtyard view and spacious accommodations. The 1,500 sq. foot, open layout condo includes a king sized bed in the master bedroom, a twin sized bed and a full sized bed in the guest bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, oven and a coffee maker. It contains all your dining needs: dishes, glasses, silverware and knife set, pots and pans, BBQ set, etc. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large screened in lanai with pull down shades for added privacy. From resort-style amenities to beautiful beaches, you will have everything you need for an unforgettable getaway vacation!

Rich array of resort amenities for short term stays (less than one month) include covered parking, free WIFI, private resort-style heated pool and cabana area, children's tot lot area, a splash zone, and BBQ grilling area with picnic tables. A deep water marina with wet and dry storage is now open to enjoy a restful stroll and a beautiful place to watch the sunsets. A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is now open a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for a month or longer can enjoy additional amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pool and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn, and kayak launch. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters and lush landscaping throughout the community.

This private island paradise is a 2 minute drive over the bridge to Manatee Beach on the Gulf side of Anna Maria Island and to supermarkets, pharmacies and shopping areas.

One Particular Harbour is a secure, gated community offering covered parking with extra parking out front of the unit. It has elevator access. A condo application is required for this community, bookings must be made 1 week in advance of arrival.

Beautiful, well decorated place. Everything we needed for our stay was there. Including a good selection of family games and kids beach toys The beds were very comfortable. And the screened in lanai area was nicely laid out for early morning coffees and family game evenings.We enjoyed our stay, and would definitely stay there again for longer next time.

Love the full opening doors leading out to the lanai, made the room feel huge

This condo was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Our only minor set back was locating our condo. This was mitigated with maps ,verbal communication by the leasing team. All of Ana Marie Island is semi difficult to navigate with a large truck and boat attached. Highly suggest renting a golf cart. Love this condo 5 star experience.

Breath of Fresh Air

Unit is very clean and smells fresh when you arrive, this was refreshing considering it is a pet friendly rental. There is plenty of room for families. The chairs and sofa are very comfortable. Good view from the balcony of the complex you can see into the distance between the other buildings. There is a big palm tree that partially obstructs the view, it is still good though. Check in is at a different location about 1 mile from the unit to get the keys. Island vacation properties is the managing agent for the unit they have the keys there. You will not be disappointed. Just make sure you bring extra paper towels and toilet paper if you are staying for more than a few days.

Upscale Condo Development

Plenty of room for a family of 4 or more. Large sitting and gathering areas. Very clean and updated. Location is not directly on AMI, but very close. Easy access to all parts of the island & Bradenton. 10 minutes to downtown Bradenton Beach, 10 minutes to Anna Maria, 15 minutes to downtown Bradenton.

Loved the property, location is great. Close to everything. Second time renting this property! Beautiful and well maintained! Property Management lacked in communication this year. If we had not stayed in the same property the year before, booking, payments, check in and out would have not known the process due to lack of communication. We weren’t informed about the key fob to enter site. Saw several others who couldn’t enter cause they didn’t know what to do. Should have been informed which storage unit was ours AND that we could T use covered parking cause owners car was parked there. Also, no clock in living area, better (room darkening) drapes are needed in bedrooms. A coffee maker with auto shutoff would be a good idea!

WOW! My family absolutely LOVED everything about this rental! Booked it last minute and the rental staff was extremely accomodating and helpful when we did this. What I Loved: -The condo was very clean & well stocked -LOVED the floor plan! Very sutable for entertaining, yet private at the same time -The outdoor space had bug screens and that was fab! We spent a lot of time out there. -The living room doors open up completely and we loved having it open -We used the clubhouse pool about everyday and it was FANTASTIC! Very clean and fun! There is even a splash pad for the kiddos and a pool arm lift for the pool. -It's in a gated area, so we felt very safe. It was also very quiet, which was great! -Outside of the condo is very well kept, and we even had a covered parking spot. An unexpected great surprise! -Quick drive to the Island and beaches, unknown to us who knew nothing of where things are in FL, it was so convenient and amazing! -The surrounding area is very nice as well Some things to note: -The rental company really emphasizes using their app -We rolled into the condo late at night (after the rental office closed) and there were no check-in instructions saying we needed to go to their office to pick up the keys. However, they had an emergency number to call after hours and the gentleman who answered was very helpful and kind and got us squared up right away. In conclusion, we would love to stay here again!

Almost Anna Maria Condo

Great location and property. Only difficulty was check in. Was not given info ahead of time. When sent inquiry on day of arrival was given a call in number. Called when arrived after hours and was told for first time to drive an additional distance to the leasing office off property to pick up an overnight package. Had not been told this before. Once we were in everything was great. Would definitely rent this porperty again.
