Come relax in Paradise! The bright, beachy 3/2 home has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Each room has a Smart TV, the kitchen is fully stocked, there is a full size washer and dryer, beach necessities and a BBQ grill on the back patio. The quiet community offers a heated pool, playground and tennis/basketball courts. We are just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and Siesta Key. We are close to restaurants, golfing, bowling, shopping and many attractions.

TrÚs beau séjour à Bradenton!

L’endroit est trĂšs propre, accueillant et parfait pour une famille de 5 personnes. Le secteur est trĂšs calme et il y a une piscine extĂ©rieure chauffĂ©e accessible avec une clĂ©. Il y a plusieurs magasins et restaurants Ă  proximitĂ©. L’hĂŽte rĂ©pond rapidement aux questions. Bref, j’y retournerais sans hĂ©siter!

Cute and charming!

House was cute and charming! However I noticed a lot of issues that need attention. The sunroom was so hot we couldn’t use it.The outside patio was dirty and stuff was laying around.The front and back landscape was overgrown and needed taken care of.The master bath needs more lighting. One of the lights kept blinking. Also needs repainted.The closet doors in the master would not open and close.Second bathroom shower didn’t drain very well. Water would pool and you had to move the water to the drain.Nearly ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. We couldn’t find any trash bags.A handle on one of the kitchen cabinets broke off.This rental has potential to be really nice if things were fixed and up to date.

Great Location/ Clean and easy to get to events

My first time visiting Bradenton. We were in town for a baseball tournament at IMG. It was so easy to get to the fields and around town. It seems central to everything we needed. The property was clean and well stocked.

All The Comforts Of Home!

We can't say enough good things about our vacation rental experience of this property! Extremely clean, great location situated right in the middle of town, located just 10-15 minutes from the beaches, quiet, well-secured neighborhood with friendly neighbors, the house itself has many amenities that made you feel like you were at your own home! The owners were extremely friendly and gave us a lot of tips on area attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this property!

Great location!

We really loved our stay at the villa. Closeness to all the areas we wanted to visit was spot on. Great location! The villa was the perfect size for us as well. Having beach equipment to use during our stay was very helpful as well. We had one concern. Even though the floors didnt appear to be dirty our socks told another story. I would suggest the area rugs be cleaned and the floors be better cleaned. We would stay at this location again..suggestion..bring slippers no white socks.

Great Place for a Family and Conveniently Located

We spent a long weekend with our two elementary school aged children. Self check-in was a breeze. The house is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has an enclosed porch. There's lots of room to spread out. Each bedroom, the living room, and porch, has a tv in it, which was great, because there were enough for each of us to watch a tv if we had wanted to. The house is nicely decorated and the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. There's a community pool, which the kids enjoyed. Wi-fi was easy to access and had a strong signal. The property is located close to Cortez which is the main drag and there are several restaurants and grocery stores on Cortez. Additionally, you can take Cortez as a straight shot to Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and convenient

Stayed for ten weeks. Shayna is great at responding to any issues. House was clean with new paint and comfortable beds. Nice backyard to relax in. Area is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. About 25 minutes to the beach.

Great house and close to IMG Academy

This home was very clean and had all the comforts of home. The sunroom was great with a tv. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. It is also very close to the IMG Sports Academy.

Family Wedding Gathering

The unit was decorated and presented well. We didn't have time to use the nice pool area and facilities. The only thing I found challenging is being an inside unit it is very dark inside and in need of mirrors in rooms that have light, especially the master bedroom and back bedroom area. Also, would have liked to have had some extra linens, pillowcases, and sheets available. We had a good time together in your cute beach house.

BEST RENTAL IN THE AREA!

I could not have asked for a better rental for the weekend in Bradenton! The house was stunning, clean, open, and in a great location! I went for my birthday weekend and the owners even left me a birthday bottle of wine! They were awesome! I would 100% recommend this to any and all of my friends! Loved it! Will definitely be going back!

Wonderful place to take your family

The whole experience was great. As soon as we walked in the door the cleanliness of the place was like wow. It was fully updated and had 2 nice bicycles and all the towels sunscreen and supplies needed for a nice day at the beach. I would recommend this condo to any family looking for a wonderful stay and trip.

We had a great long weekend at this property. It was neat and clean, and just as described. We had three people in our party, and the three bedrooms were perfect.
