Dateline, November 17-24, 2025.We live in Greenville, South Carolina and come down to the Tampa Bay area twice a year to do saltwater fishing, we were looking for a comfortable little VRBO to stay in and we lucked onto this place.As soon as we booked, we contacted the hostess Paulina, with questions, she was so accommodating, sweet and so kind. What a wonderful person.Regarding the property, it is a cute bungalow with two bedrooms a king bed in one of the bedrooms that was very comfortable and a very nice queen bed in the other bedroom. A single bathroom laid out very efficiently and very nice.The living room has a large couch that could easily sit three people, and it was very comfortable. And several living room chairs in the area.A separate dining room can accommodate four to six people easily, and laid out very nicely.Let’s talk about the kitchen, the heart of any home. I am a top level, cook, and enjoy cooking excellent meals at home, this kitchen met all of my needs, pots and pans, very nice stove, dishwasher, stainless steel, plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, wine, glasses, and an incredible toaster, and coffee maker.This rental is furnished with a stacked washer dryer, that we utilized, and it was very efficient,The neighborhood was very secure, and quiet. Ample parking. A very large fenced in backyard, With play area for kids.In closing this is a diamond five star rental property highly recommended. We will book again.
