Salty Anchor at ”One Particular Harbor by Margaritaville" offers resort-like amenities with a heated pool, splash pad, gas barbecue grills and playground for the kids. This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has everything you could ask for and more. This condo offer an open-floor plan with lots of natural light. Upon entry, you will find a fully-equipped kitchen that has everything you will need to make a full-course meal or a quick snack and is complete with built-in breakfast bar. Directly off the kitchen is the living and dining room. Both are beautifully furnished with elegant coastal decor. The living room offer plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV so you can relax after a long day in the sun. Directly off the living room, you will find large sliding glass doors that lead out to the screen lanai where you can dine alfresco or sit and enjoy your morning coffee. The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom features a king-size bed and flat screen TV. This condo also provides a full-size washer/dryer, beach chairs and WiFi throughout for use during your stay.

A Florida fish-house-style restaurant, Floridays, is also on site and only a short walk away.

Long-Term Amenities: Guests who stay for 30 days or longer can enjoy additional luxurious amenities of Harbour Isle. These include the waterfront Beach Club with private pools, hot tub and beach, fully equipped fitness center, sky bar and restaurant, yoga lawn and kayak launch. Two additional private pools and hot tub are also included. There is an exercise trail for morning jogs or leisurely sunset strolls along quiet waters of a large lagoon and lush landscaping throughout the community.

Our professional linen service ensures high-quality, hypoallergenic linens are ready for your use upon arrival. * Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.
* The elevator is offered as a convenience and not as a guaranteed amenity. If the elevator becomes inoperable for any reason, the stairs will be the only means of access to other floors. No refunds, discounts, or credits will be provided due to the elevator being unavailable.
