Very nice home

This home was very nice, clean and decorated so cute. Our only complaint is the lack of supplies. We only had 2 garbage bags, tiny bar soap, no laundry detergent and tiny toiletries for the shower. But otherwise the house was great.

Definitely an Oasis!!

I would first like to say thank you to Paul, what an amazing host and SUPER responsive!! We spend two nights here to celebrate a birthday and it was exactly what everyone needed. This place has so many wonderful amenities, it was clean, plenty of space and the backyard was designed beautifully! Def. an oasis. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for something relaxing or looking to head to the beach.

It is the Ultimate Tiki Retreat

The privacy, setup and size of the backyard is a private resort in itself. Very well maintained and entertaining for our family of 10, teens to grandparents. The house is so spacious on the inside this was the perfect place to come back from the beach to and close enough to downtown and I-75 you can do pretty much anything. No having to step over anyone or getting in each others way. Anytime Fitness, Planet Fitness and CrossFit Manatee are all within a few minutes if you like a morning workout. Any time we weren’t at the beach or AMI, the kids were entertaining themselves out back, swimming, corn hole, fire pit, tiki and hammock just chilling. Highly recommend!

The perfect vacation house!

Absolutely loved our short stay at this beautifully decorated, well appointed house in Bradenton. The house was clean, check in was easy, and it’s in the perfect location for daily beach trips to Anna Maria Island. The backyard is the perfect oasis after a family day trip to the beach. Spring Break 2024

Can’t begin to share our appreciation for the awesome property. It was the perfect venue for our family to enjoy a few days in Florida. It had everything we needed, wanted and more. Perfect vacation home

We loved this vacation home. The home was spotless and had a beautiful back yard with pool and firepit. We were in town to enjoy baseball spring training games at LECOM and Ed Smith parks. Both parks located about 10 miles away. Anna Maria Island is 15 minutes away and we absolutely loved it! Will be back!

AMAZING!!!

This property is as good as it looks! Everything cleaned, very well stocked with everything your family needs when it comes to a family weekend on the beach. Ana Maria Beach just 14 mins. away. You only need to bring your sun block and food. No need to bring beach chairs, umbrellas, towels or even beach bags, it has everything you need and more. This property will be our beach house from now on! Special thanks to Paul and Carter for their attention and prompt response during our stay!!! You guys are the best!!!

Fun in the sun

The property was completely as advertised and the backyard was phenomenal. Easy to check in and clear instructions how to use everything in and outside of the house. Would definitely rent again! TVs/netflix in all the bedrooms and livingroom with big screen TV and very large and comfortable sectional for 5-6 adults. Pool floats, a cooler, beach chairs and towels included. A wonderful vacation unit.

Family Spring Break

House was great! Outdoor area was amazing and the kids loved the pool. Fire feature and corn hole were a plus as well. Check-in and communication with owner was a breeze and we would recommend the property to anyone!
