I was supposed to have a room with 4 bunk beds and a queen. That is exactly what I booked for online. When we got to the room, there was only 2 bunk beds and one queen. I went to the front desk and asked why and what happened and they said that because I booked through Expedia the room size isn’t guaranteed but I literally selected the room 4 bunk beds and a queen. It was very frustrating and inconvenient and they said that there wasn’t anything they could do.

Large enough rooms to have gatherings for the whole family. Clean rooms and quiet after 10pm. Breakfast isn’t anything special but does the trick.

My family loves this hotel and water park! This was our second year celebrating my daughter’s birthday here, and her older sister wants to stay here for her next birthday too. I love the water park area- it’s big enough to keep us all busy, but small enough to be able to locate all the kids fairly easily. The water and room temperature are perfect too!
