This property is conveniently located less than a mile from Silver Dollar City and only a few miles from Indian Point Marina. The Branson Strip is only 10 miles away where you can enjoy a variety of dining and attractions with your group. The duplex was designed well, having bedrooms on the opposite sides of the complex. The kids really enjoyed the bottom floor with the tv sitting space, arcade game, and foosball table. Parents could enjoy the screened-in porch or front porch. Nice location right next to Silver Dollar City.

I was really impressed with the management. I did not need to contact the management at all as everything was so well organized and taken care of. They were so polite when we were checking out. It was super clean and everything was in the space was in very good condition. I would say they went above and beyond to make our experience good.

18th Birthday Sleepover

Daughter’s 18th birthday fell in the middle of our move to a new house. We rented this vacation home for her birthday sleepover so we wouldn’t have her party surrounded by boxes. This rental was beyond perfect. Such a fun place for a large group with teens. Absolutely would stay here again!

Clean house with lots of space

This was a great house for our trip to Branson! VERY close to Silver Dollar and a short drive into Branson. The kids loved the pool, although the slide was closed for repair while we there (looked like it'd been closed for a while). We did have an issue with the front door code, and the company was very quick to respond to our phone call on a Sunday. Overall, very happy with our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.

Clean, spacious and comfortable

This property was very nice and the owner and company were very accommodating. Had all that you need to be comfortable. My only suggestion is to have another pan or two, as cooking for family requires more than 1 large pan. But other than that, was really nice.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

It was beautiful and do perfect for our family. The kiddos had their own “apartment” and they loved it. We loved having our own bathroom for each bedroom. Smart tvs would’ve been great so we could have connected our phones to the tv but otherwise everything was perfect. The bill to get down with the transit van we had was super steep. I wouldn’t wanna do that in the winter.

Close to Silver Dollar City

The hill is steep and the property is right in the middle of the hill. Very little parking. There was a large family with 3 cars staying next store leaving us no where to park. The condo itself was fine. Plenty of room to separate between us and the kids. I’m a little sour about the people who stayed next to us. The walls were thin and they were loud, not to mention they took one of the porch chairs before we got there leaving us with one. Just rude and inconsiderate. Took away from my enjoyment.

Minimum Parking/ Bad Battery in Smoke Detector

Parking: Could only hold 3 cars. Apparently max. Capacity is 10 people each side so parking would be an issue. Coffee pot/ can opener were not in good shape but we’re switched out on Sat. Smoke alarm in main floor bedroom started beeping in middle of. Igor waking children and adults up!!

House on a steep hill

While the property allows dogs there is no grass on the property only rocks and weeds. We would of liked to known that before booking. Everything else was just like the photos.

Two families with tweens and teens had a fantastic getaway at this home. Wonderful location close to Silver Dollar City and away from the crazy traffic of downtown. Property manager was wonderful. Highly recommend!!
