Enjoy our private hot tub and fire pit, 2 community pools & wooded trail leading to a cove of Table Rock Lake. Our home includes a pool table, arcade, air hockey & more!



The Space:

Welcome to Timber Rock Lodge! This home is perfect for the whole family - nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms provide plenty of room for everyone! Enter into the open concept main floor, where the kitchen, living room and dining room are all together! The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware you need to make your favorite meals! The kitchen also has two fridges, two dishwashers and two ovens! There is a huge custom, handmade wood dining table and a custom, handmade reclaimed wood counter table - plenty of seating for your whole group! Relax in the living room, featuring a stone fireplace and a flatscreen tv! Step out onto the main deck and enjoy the fresh Ozark air from the comfort of the outdoor furniture. There is also a gas grill on the deck for you to grill your meals! There are two king suites on the main floor with en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom on the main floor has two TRIPLE bunk beds, sleeping 6! Head upstairs for two additional king suites!



The lower level features an additional living area, and is the game room! Gather around the 80" flatscreen for a family movie night, or challenge one another to a game of pool! The game room also has an arcade game and air hockey! Outside, there is a lower patio with your own private hot tub, an outdoor ping-pong table, and a firepit with Adirondack seating! Back inside, there are three more king suite bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom on the lower level is perfect for the kids - three TRIPLE bunk beds, sleeping 9!

Guest Access:

The whole home is all yours for you and your guests! You will also have access to all the neighborhood community amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor pool, the playground, and the walking trail down to a little cove of Table Rock Lake!



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood also provides endless opportunities for memories to be made! Just around the corner is the INDOOR POOL complete with a sauna for the adults, umbrella fountains for the kids, and large glass garage doors that can open up with more views of Table Rock Lake for everyone! Down the street is the zero-entry OUTDOOR POOL where there are more umbrella fountains to enjoy, lots of lounge seating, more views of Table Rock Lake, AND the neighborhood PLAYGROUND for all the little ones! Then, at the bottom of the neighborhood is access to Table Rock Lake! Enjoy the short wooded trail down to the neighborhood’s SECLUDED COVE! Bring your poles if you want to go FISHING, bring your floats if you want to go SWIMMING, or bring a lawn chair if you just want to sit back and ENJOY THE VIEW!



Getting Around:

Location at this home could not be more ideal to enjoy all that Branson has to offer! Take your group out on a boat from Château MARINA (3 minutes away) or the State Park MARINA (10 minutes away)! Go swimming at MOONSHINE BEACH (5 minutes away)! Have a fun-filled day at the city’s old-fashioned theme park, SILVER DOLLAR CITY (10 minutes away)! Or enjoy an endless amount of activities on the BRANSON 76 STRIP (8 minutes away)!



Other Things to Note:

CANNABIS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCE POLICY: Usage of cannabis (marijuana) and any other federally prohibited drug is not allowed on or near the home, property, or premises. Further, any / all guest(s) may not engage in any illegal drug-related activity, including but not limited to recreational or medical cannabis on or near the home, property, or premises. We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.
