The only thing this place has going for it was the location to Silver Dollar City & the room was clean. Other than that was a total disappointment. The game room for kids they advertise is actually a comedy club filled with slot machines & a bar. The pool area was gross too.

We specifically booked this hotel because we were travelling with children. We had planned on swimming and using the hot tub and the game room. The hot tub was out of order, and had been for quite some time, and the pool was so cloudy and gross that my daughter didnt even want to stay and swim. The game room had been remodeled and most of it wad gone and replaced with slot machines. Very disappointed in our stay and would never stay there again.

Hot tub was not working, indoor pool was ice cold even the kids did not want to swim, and shower water in both of our rooms would not even get Luke warm. The only nice part was being close to the park and the balcony. The comedy show and other things available were nice to have on site but that was it. I will not book here again.

False advertising with amenities. Breakfast is not free. The hotel provides a voucher for a hotel restaurant. They had VERY few options and were not appealing to us and if you end up ordering off the menu rather than the 3 adult or 3 kid voucher menu options it is very pricey. Arcade no longer exists and is not kid friendly. Its now a bar with video poker. No kid friendly options. The hall does have pricey claw machines but no real arcade games for kids. This was extremely disappointing for my kids bc this and the "free breakfast" are what swayed us to book here rather than another local hotel. Unmonitored and unlocked entries to the hotel felt very unsafe. Staff were kind, rooms were old but clean as advertised. A few spiders that I could have done without. Pool was huge and kids enjoyed it (a little cold for a heated pool) but that didnt stop us.

For starters the hot tub was a major let down and small compared to the pictures. Our room wasn’t comfortable the living room would heat up to 80 but you couldn’t get the bedroom to heat up at all so it stay 60 and my daughter and wife had to sleep in the living room because it was so cold. The pull out bed in the living room was all stained and disgusting. The breakfast was a joke basically $15 for a scoop of eggs and a piece of sausage or bacon. And my final reason I’ll never go to that established again is when we left my daughters little blanket and a bottle they wanted to charge another $30 to ship a $5 blanket so I just ended up buying another

They changed the hotel from the last we stayed there and replaced the family friendly arcade with a bar and adult gambling machines. They used to have a lovely breakfast buffet and now they have a restaurant with limited options and not so friendly staff. The pool was hazy and cold, but the hot tub was even colder. Love this place for the proximity to SDC, they used to have a shuttle and everything. Now probably won’t be back.

Heater unite did work in 2 of the rooms, the phone in one of the rooms did have a cable, means was just for decoration, the advertise say that they have a entertainment room for the kids but when we got there is actually a bar, included the breakfast, but it is a limited choices, that is the reason I give to this hotel 3 starts, but I will give 5 starts to the receptionist, the one checked us in, she was wonderful, very nice.
