The hotel was clean & up-to-date. The staff was very friendly & helpful. There was free breakfast & dessert. It was just off of the main strip. Would definitely stay here again!

Pro. -The room was very spacious with a large bed. Con- My wife has difficulty getting into showers that are not walk in. When we booked the room there were only 2 rooms available per the website that came up off of the Travelocity app. One room was a handicap room and one room was not. The room that was not handicapped showed a walk in shower with a sliding glass door so we booked it, the handicapped room was $20.00 more per night. When we arrived at the room it had a regular tub/shower setup that my wife would have to step up and over. The front desk blamed it on the 3rd party website not showing the correct picture. All other rooms were booked up by the time we arrived that night so they were unable to switch to a different room. I just don’t feel like we were getting the value for the price. Also the bathroom had no light. There was a mirror that had light around the mirror on the back side which is more of an accent light. It didn’t even shine on your face while shaving or putting on makeup

This property was good. The bed was comfortable. The room overall was clean but need to look behind & under furniture ( use a flashlight & you will find things). The breakfast food was not that great. The staff were very friendly & polite. Nightly cookies & ice cream was good. Our second night there, someone on our floor smoking weed! The front desk was told & came up to check it out but couldn’t do anything. I think the hotel could use some up dating.

The only thing we had concerns about was that the breakfast sausages (round ones) were overcooked every day, the potatoes were dry and the eggs were scrambled up too much.......plus it would be nice to have pancakes.....and bacon or ham once in a while..and we feel that you should turn on the ice cream machines and serve cookies by 6 p.m. Other than thata - we would stay there again

We stayed two nights in the building across the parking lot from the main hotel. Still convenient to breakfast. Plenty of parking. Good location to other areas of Branson. Would definitely stay here again.

What I liked was the clean room, walking distance to Branson mall outlets and restaurants. Bad part of it was the breakfast texture wasn’t good and the pool water was cloudy with lots of white particles.
