Our first stay here and love the overall atmosphere. Our room was spacious, very clean The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, very attentive throughout our stay. We ask for an extra lamp and received it promptly. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient. This will be our to go hotel when we visit Branson again.

The hotel itself was very charming from the outside. The staff at the front desk did not greet or acknowledge when I went to check in, and sent us to the wrong side of the building to access the room. The breakfast area is too small to accommodate guests so I cannot comment on the quality of the food. The beds were comfortable, but the maid service could use a lesson in cleanliness. The floors obviously had not been mopped as my children’s feet were black from walking on them.
