I hadn’t received my check in email but Ashley quickly messaged me all the info when I contacted her. The condo worked really well for my husband and I. It’s a great location and we’ve stayed in the area several times. Bed was comfy and we slept well. My husband loved the bedside fans. We didn’t notice a lot of outside noise. Our only “complaints” would be having to hunt for extra toilet tissue, and not really having enough towels and wash clothes for our stay. It was really hot while we were there and we showered more than we maybe would have if we hadn’t gotten so hot and sweaty. (The air conditioning was awesome though and it was nice knowing we could come back to the condo to cool down throughout the day!) The tub was a little slippery; might consider a grab bar for getting in and out. We didn’t end up using the grill or range; despite instructions to clean the grill it didn’t look like that had been done in quite some time. We loved the double bathroom sinks whole getting ready to hit the town. Thank you Ashley! It’s a great place to stay and we will be recommending your condo to family and friends!

We were here for the week visiting for a baseball tournament for my son. The place is cute and nicely decorated, but is too small for the amount of things/knickknacks placed on the counters. The sinks in the bathroom are oversized for the countertops, leaving little space for your personal items (toothpaste, hair products, make-up bag, face wash, lotion, etc). There’s also a basket and large vase with a feather that take up even further space. There’s a large vase in the middle of the kitchen table with a faux plant that overflows onto the table, removing a place to eat. The coffee pot is not easy to operate. It’s not a simple push of a button to brew your coffee. We had to Google the brand name and watch about 6 minutes of a video to have our first cup of coffee. Instructions on how to operate need to be left at the property. The picture of the lake in the back is not as it appears. My husband and son were desperately hoping to throw their fishing poles in the lake from the shore, but there is a very large, rocky drop off from the edge of the property to the lake, as well as quite a bit of distance. While the property description didn’t advertise fishing, the pictures have one to believe you’re within walking distance to the shoreline, which is not the case. On the flipside, Ashley was very responsive with a maintenance issue we experienced when we first arrived. Since it was the weekend, it did not get resolved until Monday, but Ashley did acknowledge the concern.

Stay on the lake

We came to Branson for a sporting event. This place was fabulous. The check-in experience was not. We got to town hoping to check in at check-in time and never had received the instructions. After texts and messages to the host and no reply, I had to contact Vrbo directly, which was a very timely process. They had to send me over to a specialist who then told me they would be trying to contact the host directly. Within 30 minutes I got our check-in instructions. I had tried for 3-4 hours to get them. We were just happy to get the code and open the door. The place was perfection, truly. Please stay here! I’m sure this doesn’t happen often, but I have to leave an honest review. My sons walked to the marina every day to fish off the dock and it was only 5 for the entire day! They loved it. It took them only a few minutes to get there. Location was amazing. The master bed and pillows were so comfortable I wanted to pack it in my car and take them home with me! Sofa bed was the opposite. We ended up going and purchasing an air mattress, but this was our choice. The sofa was just too hard for us, even with the pad that was provided.

The condo was decorated cute. Other than that it wasn’t a great stay. The bedroom had a musty mold smell about it. The carpet in the bedroom was stained and dirty. All the doors in the condo were dirty by the door handle. The floors were sticky in some spots. Our socks were dirty walking through the condo. The sliding glass door didn’t lock. Just had the wooden bar at the bottom. The bathtub was slick. Both of us almost fell. The balcony was dirty as well as the grill. The table and chairs took up most of the room. Rocking chairs would have been nice. We have been to Branson several times and never had problems with any of the hotels we stayed at. So we thought we would try a VRBO this time. The large garbage dumpster was full when we arrived. The smell was horrible. There were flies everywhere.Every time we opened the door flies got in. We didn’t stay for our second night last night. Decided we would rather drive the 6 hours home after seeing David than staying another night. A refund for that night would be nice. Would definitely not recommend.

Almost all good

For the most part this place is great. I don’t want to say that I am dissatisfied at all . There were some young kids above us and we could hear every move they made. Music got loud and at 10:00 I called Ashley and she made the phone call and it stopped. Thanks Ashley ! This place looks very clean except for the foor, My white socks were black after the first day. The deck overlooks the river with a great view but
.. it needs to be swept off and sprayed for all the spiders. There was a wasp nest under the table.The grill was not clean enough for me.It actually needs to be replaced ! The patio slider latch does not work, they provide a piece or wood for a temporary lock. The centerpiece on the deck got tore up by the crows. Please don’t think that I didn’t enjoy the place
..there are a couple things that I would address. Thanks again Ashley for the phone call !

Loved Every Minute!

We loved everything about our stay. The condo is so beautiful and even better than the pictures that we looked at. It is cozy and everything that we needed was right there. We had a great night's sleep both nights and loved being out on the deck every extra minute that we had! It was hard to leave to come back home, and we wished we had a few more days there! Nice view and really adorable place

Host was great. The place was very cute. Decor is lovely. Bed was comfy. I slept on sofa flip down and then the trundle. It was good enough. I would recommend the trundle over the sofa bed. There were tons of personal touches and thoughtful things everywhere. Coffee and all the fixings. Great river view with nice covered outdoor space for morning coffee. We will be back!

semi-annual Branson trip

we enjoyed the condo. It was just what we needed. being able to look at the lake was relaxing. The only concern are that the floors have not been mopped and our feet were always black, and the HVAC thermostat was confusing so we had problems getting the temperature where we wanted it.
