The room was dirty. The bathroom had tiles around the tub where the grouting was rotted out. There were bugs there. The bedspread was dirty. The door had a 1/4 to a 1/2 inch wide

Yes to both but I asked for no stairs. I had lots of stair, which confined me to the room. I have knee and leg problems. I can't do stairs. So while my family was out enjoying the city. I had to stay behind and play on my phone.

The room was clean and newly remodeled. The bed looked very new but was very firm. It was a bed with a remote to raise and lower head and legs. It also offered a massage feature-vibration. However when the people on the second floor above us used theirs it made a terrible noise! Thankfully, they only ran it 15 minutes.

We only stayed two nights as weather cut our trip short. Room was comfortable but was awakened between 3-5a.m. both nights to other guests supposedly preparing to go to work. Room was not ADA for wheelchair so husband was unable to bath or shower.

The room was clean, the desk staff was courteous, the bed was awesome, and the price was reasonable. We were wanting a clean, quiet place to sleep and it fills the bill. This is an older property, so don't judge it by the exterior, it could use a refresh. But nothing was in "bad" shape. The room was not fancy, but it was more than adequate and the location is great, particularly if you are wanting to be close to Sight and Sound. Away from the congestion of the Branson Strip. We will stay here again when we travel to Branson.
