The house definitely fit our family. There were a few issues the smoke detector in the bottom floor bunk room was dangling from the ceiling. The downstairs dryer wasn't drying things well and when people were heading to bed the sheets were still damp, so they had to strip their beds and dry them upstairs. We didn't have water at one point, but I called and that was resolved within the hour. We all had a great time and enjoyed the house tremendously. We are going to try to do this again in the warmer months next year. Our hostess was very nice and answered all my questions and resolved the water issue as quick as the water facility could resolve it.

My family of 16, including 7 grandchildren, celebrated our Christmas here. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas. There were so many rooms on three levels that we were all able to spread out and everyone enjoyed themselves and slept soundly. We LOVED the room with the bunk beds, all of the kids slept in the room with 9 bunk beds and they had a blast! The kitchen was complete with two stoves, two refrigerators, two dishwashers and everything we needed to make all of our meals! There was also plenty of seating for meals for all of us to eat together. The hot tub and fire pit were both awesome and our favorite places to hang out!! The kids took advantage of the swimming pool as well. The kids and adults all enjoyed the game room and spent a lot of time there. We all look forward to many more trips to this beautiful home!!

Plenty of room for 26 people. Local manager very responsive. Plenty of cooking utensils and crock pots (wish the online list was more complete because we brought extra crock pots when the list didn't include qty). Game room was great. Convenient location. Plenty of bathrooms. Inside pool was cold but great location. Plenty of parking. Beautiful view from balcony.

Excellent for Family reunion

Every family member loved staying here. There were plenty of large spaces for everyone to do things together while still have enough bedrooms for people to have their own space. All ages enjoyed the game room. It was ideal for multi-generational ping pong, table hockey and pool. The kitchen was stocked better than any we had experienced. Everyone said it was the best location we have ever used. Reunion was a great success thanks to this fantastic home.

Overall stay was wonderful! House was well stocked and offered plenty of space for everyone. Really like the layout of 7 master king rooms, all with own on-suite, and 2 bunk rooms with space to sleep15 kids/teens! Community pool was very nice!

Fantastic place for a large group getaway with Friends or Family

This property was one of the most beautiful rental homes we've ever stayed in. The many king bedrooms were spacious and well appointed, all with ensuite bathrooms allowing our church small group retreat of many couples to spread out and have privacy when needed. While we did not have the need for them on this trip, if we came back with our children we would definitely be using some of the 15 bunk beds, 9 in one room and 6 in the other. What sets this property apart from many others we looked at though, is the comfortable seating at the large dining table as well as the seating in the adjacent living room space off the kitchen on the main floor, allowing your group of 10 to all sit together comfortably for game nights or just hanging around talking. The duplicate sets of large appliances (double refrigerators, double dishwashers, double ovens, double microwaves, double laundry) allows a large group to comfortably stay, eat, and live here without frustration. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and take a nap or read a book or engage in conversation without bothering others. The outdoor amenities were also plentiful and comfortable. The entire house was decorated with an excellent sense of style that was warm and welcoming yet modern and visually pleasing. The communication with owner Lisa was responsive and she made sure we were all set to enjoy our stay with prompt follow up on any questions. Thanks again for hosting such a wonderful stay. We hope to be back again soon and bring more friends or family!

Perfect for family reunion!

Perfect Family Reunion Location

Our location at Table Rock Lake was perfect for our family reunion! The kitchen accommodated the number of people attending our reunion, with plenty of cooking options. The number of gathering spots in the house made it easy to break-out into smaller groups. There were plenty of games and activities for everyone. The bedrooms gave each couple a private room, while the bunkrooms were perfect for our singles and kids. The community pool, both outdoor and indoor pools, were within an easy walk from the house and enjoyed by many. The house was close to the state park marina, which is by far the best place to rent pontoons and wave runners. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the property manager was extremely responsive! We had one bed frame break on one couple, and the property manager was quick to schedule a time for repairs to be made to the frame. The couple affected were very appreciative of the fast turn-around time. We all loved this location!!
