Fairview Escape is a family-friendly holiday home, tucked inside a serene, quiet resort in Branson.



The Space:

Offering scenic views, along with a host of dining and shopping experiences, you are sure to have a gala time from the minute you arrive. Enjoy lakefront attractions or relax indoors; the wealth of facilities is endless.



Back inside, the living room welcomes you with cozy interiors, cream-colored walls, wooden flooring and puffy seating areas, perfect to unwind before the smart TV. A roomy balcony offers seating for 4, with views of lush trees and a sweeping 18-hole golf course that engulfs the property.



The open-plan kitchen is complete with modern cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances for you to whip up meals at home. Additional items including a coffee machine, toaster, oven, refrigerator, and cookware are available for your convenience. The extended counter with barstools accommodates 3, and is ideal for evening cocktails, while the indoor dining area for 4 is perfect for intimate family meals.



The home comfortably sleeps 6 with 2 comfy bedrooms, in addition to a queen-size sofa sleeper kept in the living area. Bedroom #1 is equipped with a king-size bed and #2 with a queen-size bed, soft linens and en-suite bathroom with stand-up showers.



THINGS TO NOTE:

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- A stackable washer/dryer is available for guest use.

- A parking pass is available for 2 vehicles.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

- This is a walk-in unit. No stairs going in and within the unit

When you’re ready to explore, the home is 3-miles from historic downtown Branson, an area dotted with dozens of restaurants, boutiques, and specialty stores. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events. Guests who enjoy the outdoors are encouraged to take a hike to the “Top of the Rock” or explore nearby Table Rock Lake, both are the same distance. Silver Dollar City, 11-miles away, is a 61-acre amusement park with an 1880’s theme.

Decorated so cute!! And the Christmas decor was a very nice touch and unexpected surprise. Beds were super comfy! No stairs because on ground level and it was still quiet (no noise from above). Location was great too - loved the surroundings and it was an easy drive to The Landing and downtown area.

It’s always great to show up and see that a property is just like the pictures promised. Spacious, clean and a little off the beaten path yet close enough to the action of Branson.

Wonderful condo

We stayed in this complex around Christmas and loved it. This unit was even better. The decor and furniture are well thought out and beautiful. They had everything we needed plus complimentary show tickets. We will definitely be back.

Great Weekend Escape

This was such a nice place! Very clean and comfortable. The furniture & decor was just our style! Loved the deck/porch area of the morning! Great communication with management. An overall great experience & much appreciated!! We will be back!

A great place to get away!

This is a great sized condo. We had room to spread out and the patio was great for breakfast in the morning. The condo is very well stocked (including puzzles and games) and the few issues we encountered the first night, Steve, the Grand Welcome property manager was quick to remedy. It’s a short drive to Branson Landing and the strip, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. It’s a second floor condo, but you access from the parking lot so there aren’t any stairs. The beds were very comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall great stay!

Very clean and cozy condo. Loved the aesthetics of the decor in the condo as well. Decently priced too! Only suggestion is additional towels, specifically wash cloths. Also, everyone tripped on the rug in the kitchen area. It seems to be a little too raised. Still a wonderful experience!

Cigarette Smoke Smell

We did enjoy our stay but I cannot give you 5 stars. The condo smelled of cigarette smoke and the floors in the extra bedroom were uneven and warped. The TV was difficult to operate so we just gave up after 45 min or so. Everything seemed clean but the smoke smell made it feel a little uncomfortable.
