Gracie's Getaway - 4 King Bedrooms w /4 Ensuite Baths! Sleeps 13!!

Come & relax and enjoy this beautiful end unit condo with 4 luxurious and comfortable king size bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! It is perfect for large or small groups. We also have a queen size sofa bed, a single futon, and a queen sized air mattress making it possible to sleep up to 13 people. Centrally located in Branson within minutes of the Aquarium, the famous Branson Strip, and Shows, Shopping, and Restaurants. You will love the comfortable setting that is so conveniently located.

The comfortable and luxurious living room has a large Smart 65" TV. There is a leather sleeper sofa with a queen sized mattress. We do provide an air mattress as well that can also be used if needed. We provide many games and board games for hours and hours of indoor enjoyment. We also include a portacrib for those with little ones. Free high speed 1 Gig Wi-Fi is also included making it easy to stream movies and also do anything that requires powerful internet. All four bedrooms come with large 50" Smart TV’s.

There is a covered patio with an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy your time outside with a view to the right of the Thousand Hills Golf Course. You have two access points to the patio with one from the back of the condo and the second from one of the King Bedrooms.

Also there is a community charcoal grill that can be used just a minute away from the back patio to the right. You would need to provide your own charcoal and lighting fluid.

Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience with Keurig coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, griddle, crock pot, pots and pans. There is an oven, electric stove top, dishwasher, over the range microwave and fridge and freezer. We have a dining area with a table and chairs next to the living room and in the kitchen there is also bar seating and a high chair as well.

Also included is a new large front loading washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets provided.

The condo has 4 full bathrooms (all four are ensuite bathrooms to the 4 king bedrooms with one of them having a door also to the living room and one of them has a jetted tub). We also provide hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide luxurious high end towels and linens.

Situated in Grand Legacy Condos, "Gracie's Getaway" provides an ideal location for experiencing the best of Branson. Minutes away from hot spots along the Branson Strip with tons of shows and other events and restaurants to enjoy . It is also very close to family-friendly attractions like Silver Dollar City and endless outdoor recreation on Table Rock Lake and other wonderful destinations in Branson. Only one minute away from the Aquarium. It is also less than three minutes away from Walmart which comes in very convenient whenever you need to go and get something.

Community Amenities- Thousand Hills Golf Resort is right next door and you have a view from the back porch of the golf course. There is also a basketball court and an outdoor shuffleboard court (we provide pucks and cues at the condo) for outdoor fun. We also have a corn hole set which is fun to set up on the grass outside the patio. We also provide a bocce set which is a fun game that you can play on the grass or down by the basketball court they have a sand area that is a great place to play the game as well.

We are located in the end building A. We are a downstairs unit which has stairs to access the condo which do require going down 18 steps total. (As a side note, for those who cannot do stairs, the B building next to ours does have an elevator that you could use but then you would be required to walk further to get to our condo than if you accessed it directly from our building with the stairs.
