Pizza buffet was delicious and so was the breakfast buffet. The water park however was freezing. My 2 year old would not participate in any of the activities because it was so cold. The hot tubs were warm not hot at best. We were excited to stay here but the main attraction was not satisfactory. I asked staff about it and she said she could not give me a straight answer.

The property is maintained as best can be. The support personnel were prompt on assistance ( appreciate that). We had an over flow toilet(grandchild still learning T/Paper) protocol) I called front desk requesting a plunger & 1 was brought to me promptly. I told Maintenance Man - I'd remedy the situation & asked where to leave plunger; answer was given & end of calamity .

Pay Attention at the Pool The young man at the indoor waterpark didn’t acknowledge us when we entered. We waited a moment for him to look up from his phone, but he did not. When we went to do the slides we did not have the bands needed or the life jackets at the play place because we were not told. It was very frustrating as parents and hard for toddlers to wait only to have to go get these needed items and wait again.

New additions to the waterpark are amazing. Very disappointing to learn Anyone with “Expedia reservations” were put in the building completely across the parking lot and told no upgrades allowed to move closer.

We love that you don’t really need to leave the property to anything! Everything we did was family friendly and 5-year-old appropriate. He loved the Fun Spot and laser tag. The tickets for the arcade don’t expire for 2 years, so we kept our card and will definitely be back next time.

Outdated and poor amenities

Staff was super friendly, but rooms are very outdated. Ours had spiderwebs and spiders in the bunk beds where our daughter slept. Bathroom is smaller than some we’ve had at European hotels. Rooms are very outdated, cover to AC unit outside was on the ground. There was only one other family staying at the hotel at th same time as us and they put us next door to each other. Not sure why they’d do that and it wouldn’t be an issue, but the walls are paper thin and you could hear their tv on all night and their conversations. We were also disappointed in the buffet because half of it was closed so there was very limited food available. I would never stay here again.
