Our spacious main floor features an expansive open layout, seamlessly connecting the fully stocked kitchen, including a drip coffee pot, and the dining area that comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. The twin living areas provide ample space for relaxation, both featuring impressive 65" TVs, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:

Retreat into the comfort of one of the four king-sized beds, a queen bed, or the delightful double bunks and twin bunks. Each bedroom is generously equipped with its own 55" TV, ensuring everyone can unwind in their private haven. Located in the queen bedroom is a dedicated workspace for remote work or planning your Branson adventures.

With 6 thoughtfully designed bathrooms, there's no need to wait in line for a relaxing shower after a day of exploration. The backlit mirrors in the bathrooms create an ambiance of luxury, enhancing your daily routine. We provide Tresemme shampoo and conditioner and Dial body wash, as well as hair dryers.

Entertainment Galore:

Kitchen: No wash cloths or dish soap to hand wash items. We couldn't wash the coffee pot or skillet with anything except hand soap after we used it. Makes you wonder how the people before us washed it too.... The fridge was very dirty and had a film all over the shelves.Outdoors: The grill was broken. They did come repair it about 24 hours after we notified them. Bedrooms: The bedding was unclean. It looked as though someone had slept in the bedding and they simply remade the beds. We literally had to wash bedding for 3 bedrooms before we could even go to sleep on night #1! That was exhausting after a long day of travel! I will say, after reaching out to them regarding this concern along, they did issue a cleaning refund. Further, there was a pair of women's panties left on one of the bedroom drawers in the basement... they did not belong to our party.

This is a beautiful home. The home was fully stocked to meet all of our needs. We always cook together and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the large hot tub each evening. There were nine of us and everyone had space and privacy when they wanted it. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Beautiful space with ideal location!

We brought a multi-generation family of 12. The house was conveniently located close to so many activities! The floors left our feet on our pretty dirty. The arcade machine did not work. You can hear people moving around on main level if you are in the bedrooms downstairs. Overall we were so pleased, the pool table was a hit, check in and out were a breeze and we would come and stay again!!

Very spacious.

Wonderful property with comfortable beds and an amazing hot tub. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of pots and utensils. The property has a small lot size, all surrounded by trees. Highly recommended for those looking to stay in the center of Branson.

5 Great Nights

This place was perfect for our family of 9 Adults and two young children. The central location makes for easy travel to anywhere in the Branson area. Everyone having their own bathroom is a great situation. Laundry rooms on both floors make doing laundry a much easier chore. Great layout facilitates great family fun playing games or watching sporting events. The kids loved their multi-bed room with a big screen TV. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Fabulous vacation place!

We spent the week with our kids and grandkids and all had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and the location is prime! Everything is within a 2 mile radius. The grandsons were very sad to be leaving, but all are leaving with lifelong memories.
