LAKEFRONT CONDO WITH LAKE VIEW AND A PRIVATE BOAT SLIP ON INDIAN POINT


Wake up to a beautiful lake view at this lakefront condo! This beautiful custom made condo is located on beautiful Indian Point only 1 mile away from Silver Dollar City. 1800 sq ft, 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is top floor with high ceilings and able to hold up to 12 people. Floors are hardwood floor throughout, Kraftmaid kitchen cabinets are highly customized and the best quality with everything you need, master bath has an oversized jacuzzi tub and an open 2 person shower. Private balcony provides you the best place to hang out whether you’re having your morning coffee, sipping your wine, having BBQ or simply enjoying the serenity of the Table Rock Lake. Boat slip is included with your reservation and the boat docks are just a few feet away from the condo building.

SET UP:
-Master bedroom has 1 king and ensuite master bathroom with an oversized jacuzzi tub, 2 person shower and double vanities. Bedroom has a walk in closet, dressers and a TV. It overlooks the lake.
-2nd bedroom has 1 king size bed, dressers, closet and a TV.
-3rd bedroom has 1 king size bed, 1 set of twin size bunk bed, dresser, closet, TV.
-Living room has 2 queen sofa sleepers, TV with cable (Roku), DVD player,
-Main bathroom has a tub/shower combo, single vanity.
-Deck has seating as well as an electric BBQ grill. Guests are not allowed to bring or use any other type of grills.
-This condo has about 20 steps going up. Each condo at this property has one assigned parking spot. Extra vehicles must be parked in areas that are not reserved for other condos.
-We have a strict NO PET policy. Please do not ask if we can make an exception. violation of this policy will result in eviction with no refund.
-Items we do not provide are hair dryers, toiletries, laundry detergent, food, spices, beach towels, paper towels, (we do provided fabric towels) we also provide starter amenities like dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, hotel size shampoo and bar soap to last you a couple days until you have a chance to do your shopping.
-All info including boat slip/launch/trailer parking are provided when we send check in information a few days before guests arrival.


OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:

-Boat trailer parking and boat slip are onsite. Boat launch is 1 mile away at Indian Point Marina.
-We have multiple condos at this property.
-FREE EV charging for our guests. Charging station located by our main office which is 1 mile south on Indian Point.
-No smoking or pets allowed.

Perfect except for heater not working

Wonderful property but our stay was plagued by the heater not working correctly. Management responded to our problem 3 times but never solved the issue. Temps outside were below freezing and the heater only blew cold air for two nights. Third night it was working but we had to reseat the thermostat 4 times during the night. Was refunded $200.00. Owners and management were quick to respond but issue never was fully resolved.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet. We enjoyed the view, the comfort of the furniture and beds. The kitchen was well-stocked. Plus, loved how close it was to Silver Dollar City, since that was our main destination.

Wonderful Weekend

We came to Branson for a quick getaway to Silver Dollar City. Location of this condo was excellent, less than 5 minutes from SDC. Three bedrooms were great and the living area was quite spacious. Beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. Overall, a great place for a family stay—there was even a high chair and porta crib. We would stay again!

Table rock getaway

This property was great to accommodate our whole family. Very conveniently located near restaurants, branson, and of course the lake. The slip was great and convenient, to launch your boat is very easy as the marina is just down the road and the drive over to the dock is simple. We would most definitely stay again. Great hosts!

Week family vacation

We had 4 kids, 13,12,8,1 and 4 adults. Plenty of space for everyone. Room came with a nice crib (not knowingly). Walking access to the dock and easy access launch for the boat. Quite well taken care of condoplex. Nice pool for the kids (only like 5ft deep) close to the condo. Lots of tiny grocery and liquor stores near by. 10-20mins away from just about anything in Branson. Great spot for a week away. Definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect place by the lake

We had a fantastic fishing trip and this was the perfect place to stay, right next to the lake with its own boat slip. Had everything we needed for watching the NFL draft in the evenings and fishing during the day. Second time we stayed here and plan to stay here again next year!

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay very much. Some attention to repair of small items is needed. However, the location is great and the condo is very clean and well-kept. We also enjoyed having use of a boat slip down the hill. We would recommend this to anyone traveling with family.

The property was beautiful.

The property was beautiful. I really enjoyed the property. But I was told when I booked my reservation that the swimming pools would be up and running and heated and they weren’t. Also I booked this property because all three bedrooms had a television set and only one of the TV set/ cable/entertainment worked. But other than that it’s a lovely property was lovely furnishings.

accommodations - overall the unit was nice; kitchen well supplied; dining table seated 8; coffee supplied; living spaces were good, but the cleanliness was sub par. Some dishes in the cabinet were dirty as well as utensils, cob webs in the corners, sewer smell from a drain, floors were sticky, carpet was not clean, sheets seemed old as the elastic wouldn't keep them on the mattress. We had a great time and it served our needs. Mattresses could be updated but overall we would probably stay here again.
