Experience luxury lakefront living at Table Rock Sunset Condos with this stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo boasting breathtaking Table Rock Lake views. Situated on the top floor, Table Rock Lake is right at your doorstep, offering a serene retreat for up to 8 guests. Each bedroom features a new king size bed and there's a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. While the master bathroom includes a rejuvenating jacuzzi tub, shower, and dual sinks, the main bathroom, conveniently located in the living room, offers a tub/shower combo. Kitchen is fully equipped to be able to cook a full meal. A private deck with seating area and an electric BBQ grill, perfect for dining or simply enjoying the lake view. Additionally, guests can rent a boat slip at an additional fee of $50 a day if they're traveling with their boat. (Please check availability first)
Less than a 1 mile away to Indian Point Marina and or Silver Dollar City and only a few minutes away to Branson attractions, you will love the location of this Table Rock Lake Condo on Indian Point.

Indian Point is one of the most popular locations in Branson area with its close proximity to the attractions and offers easy access to Table Rock Lake. Indian Point has several restaurants, bars, public marina, campgrounds, walking trails and sand beach area at Corp Engineers.

IMPORTANT INFO :
-Boat slip is available at a first come first serve basis. Before booking this condo, please contact us to ensure boat slip is available to rent from us at $50 a day. Our boat slip is located at Indian Point Marina which is where you will also launch your boat. 1/2 mile from the condo complex. Boat trailer parking is located by our main office at Hunter's Friend Resort which is also 1/2 mile from the condo. We'll be happy to assist you with parking on your check in day. Please contact us.
Each condo at this property has one assigned parking spot. Extra vehicles must be parked in areas that are not reserved for other condos.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO:

-We have a strict NO PET policy. Please do not ask if we can make an exception. violation of this policy will result in eviction with no refund.

-Items we do not provide are hair dryers, toiletries, laundry detergent, food, spices, beach towels, paper towels, (we do provided fabric towels) we also provide starter amenities like dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, hotel size shampoo and bar soap to last you a couple days until you have a chance to do your shopping.

- If renting a boat slip, you will be able to pay for the additional fee at our main office or over the phone. All info including boat slip/launch/trailer parking will be provided when we send check in information a few days before guests arrival.

-FREE EV charging for our guests near our main office.

-We provide initial stock for dishwasher detergent, soap and toilet paper to last you for a few days. We do not restock.

-There’s a washer and a dryer in the condo and you are responsible for washing and reusing the towels.

-This condo is located on a top floor which is technically 2 floors ups from the parking lot level. There's no elevator.

-Wifi, and check out instructions are posted in the condo. Please review our house rules for a safe and fun vacation.

-If you have more than 2 vehicles, you will be required to use our extra parking space near our office as this property allows only 2 cars per condo.

Loved the location and lake view of this condo! Having a lake view and able to walk right down easily to the lake was perfect! Loved the high ceilings in the condo. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We are looking forward to our next visit!

More than accommodating

This property was excellent! We've stayed in lots of places over the years and this is one that exceeded our expectations (and they are high! Lol). The host/owner was extremely responsive and went above and beyond. During our stay there were bad storms that came through the area in the middle of the night. When tornado sirens started going off at 3:30 am I contacted the owners to find out where to go for safety. They didn't hesitate to answer their phone in the middle of the night and not only did they answer their phone promptly but they allowed us to come get in their basement! They were very friendly, helpful and understanding. I highly recommend this host and this property!!!! The property was also well stocked, very comfortable, clean and the view was excellent!

Beautiful and EXTREMELY clean

The property is EXTREMELY clean. It seems that everything has been freshly painted and remodeled. There is an amazing view of the lake. We spent lots of time of the deck. The kids had fun in the pool. Be sure to bring beach towels. The outside of the building has new steps. It is very nice. There is LOTS of empty pantry space for storing food, yet they have all the pans, dishes, etc., that you would need. You will need to bring paper towels and other such items, as those are not provided. The refrigerator is old and small. The icemaker and water dispenser weren't working. I think they just haven't gotten around to replace it, yet. Most beds are comfortable, but we found the Master bed to be VERY UNcomfortable. There is, also, only one nightstand, so I had to put my phone on the window ledge. Everyone else said their beds were extremely comfortable, so I think this is another item they haven't replaced, yet. The master closet is very large. You might need to bring hangers, if you are staying awhile. The bathrooms are nice and clean and they provide plenty of towels. The shower is on the small side, but that is due to the age of the condo. There is a large bathtub in the Master Bath. Be sure to bring games and cards to play, as there are none in the condo. My husband enjoyed the use of the boat dock. He and our grandsons ate at the floating cafe quite a bit. They really enjoyed it. Once the mattress in the Master gets replaced, we would stay here, again

I brought my mother and her cousin to Branson for a quick pre-Thanksgiving trip. This condo was extremely clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Beautiful view! Coffee maker is a drip pot in case you're wondering what type coffee to bring! That's important info for some of us! 😁 Highly recommend this place! We've stayed here many times with family. We've always been pleased!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay!! We had plenty of space for our family. It was in close proximity to the Indian point Harbor where we rented a pontoon on Saturday. Only negatives was limited parking and the water had a lake odor. Other than that we enjoyed the condo!

Spacious with a View but wear shoes at all times.

Most of the condo was clean and fresh upon checking however the floors hadn’t been mopped between guests. Flip flops were a must for walking around the condo or your feet would be black with dirt in a few seconds. Beautiful views of the lake and ability to walk the trail to the lake.

Great view

The property is mostly as described (great views and nicely decorated) however the steps up to the 2nd and 3rd floors are in need of repairs. My daughter and I both tripped and slightly twisted our ankles on the same step. Also, there was an issue with the water system during our stay and the water smelled like sulfur. It tasted even worse. We used bottled water for drinking. The whole complex could stand a paint job too (but that’s minor). Overall a nice place with a great view of the lake.

Condo on lake

We enjoyed the lake view and that a boat slip was included. There wasn’t very many parking spots and no room to park the boat trailer at the condo. Floors turned your feet black and the unit could have been cleaner. Overall it was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing view

Great property with an amazing view. Our family enjoyed our stay and would visit again. Property manager was very nice and easy to get a hold of.
