It’s a comfortable bed and decent sized bathroom. Water pressure isn’t the greatest and animal hair left in the room from previous pets staying.

HORRIBLE experience at this place! The only positive was the check in clerk was nice, the rest of the stay was terrible! When we went to go to bed we noticed dirty sheets were on the bed ( see pics) called front desk and a front desk manager came down and snapped a picture then offered a new room or to change linens which we were already unpacked and settled in ready for bed so we chose to have her chang the bedding for us, she indicated she was going to adjust the bill for the disgusting find. The night front desk manager was very apologetic and also said she had only been there for a couple weeks and was going to bring this to another managers attention. We woke in the morning and discovered mouse feces by the refrigerator (see pic) reported this to a guy at front desk with long hair and he said manager wasn't in yet and he seemed uninterested in hearing anything and directed us to manager. We cut our stay at this place short by 2 days and checked out immediately. WE WAS CHARGED 139.00 FOR A DISGUSTING ROOM. The bill was not adjusted so we called back to talk to manager and she was argumentative and extremely rude and basically called me a liar. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE The owner indicates the sheets were stained whichbis not true as the matress pad under was also soiled in same area and had to be changed, the owner indicates the mouse feces is broken plastic pieces shaped like mouse feces which is ridiculous!

We've stayed here a few times, each time it seems to be going downhill in cleanliness. The beds this time were so uncomfortable for all 3 of us. Bathroom definitely needed cleaned better. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

Comfortable stay, bur poor breakfast experience.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of USB points. Poor door to bath room, sliding makes a noise for partner when they asleep. Breakfast very poor as most items not available at 08:30am on a Saturday. No bread, bacon or fruit available Morning reception lacking in customer service skills. Contrary to the evening reception laden who was very pleasant.

Silver Dollar City and Beyond

This was our first time staying here. The price was good compared to where we normally stay during Christmas holiday in Branson. We were pleasantly surprised … nice, clean, modern hotel. Staff were extremely kind, helpful, and friendly. Breakfast was very tasty with a good combination of hot/cold items. The gravy for the biscuits tasted as great as my mom’s! :) We liked the glass barn door to the bathroom. Nice touch. The shower head had many adjustments. Lots of room in the bathroom and bedroom. The only problem we encountered was we didn’t have bath towels one day and the staff profusely apologized. Location was good. Great stay! Will return.
