My wife and I stayed for a long weekend at the HVC. With one minor "inconvenience" of the pools being closed for repairs (but honestly, it was 13 degrees outside so I am not so sure that would have been used). Our villa was spacious, inviting and well appointed. The fireplaces - yes fire place (s) - 2, worked so well we didnt turn on the heater. The bathroom shower was wonderful. The grounds were very neat and enjoyable. Overall a wonderful stay.

Exceptional Villa!! We didn’t want to leave. Spacious, kitchen fully stocked, huge shower with rain head and two additional heads. Hot water continually!! Fireplace in sitting area and bedroom gave out vented heat, large balcony, scenic view and so much more!! We are coming back, super service, attentive, friendly staff. Game room looked fun!

Our experience at Timber Ridge was less than ideal. To start, we were notified that the pools would be out of service due to construction and despite this inconvenience, they would not allow a refund. This was obviously upsetting when traveling with children. Upon arrival, we see that the room we checked into was NOT the room we booked. Instead, we received an outdated, 1 bedroom, no fireplace, basement level room. We were upset due to the false advertising, lack of transparency and dirty (blood stained sheets) room. To top it off, outside the doors reeked of cat urine. Ultimately, we found a different place to stay. Would never recommend this place.

Very clean and staff was amazing. Ashlyn took care of my booking and she is a rockstar!!! The gentleman who provided the parking pass was very nice as well (forgot his name) Rooms have everything you need. Televisions were large and so was the shower! Great view, clean environment, and friendly staff....Will definitely be coming back.

This was a great condo with beautiful interior. Our only problem is our room was next to a utility / work room and something in that room was clicking on every hour. Think of the loudest AC unit clicking on right outside your bedroom. Because of this, we had a sleepless night. We were only there one night but would give the property another visit and ask not to be put next to a utility room.
