Luxury Lakefront ,1750 sq. ft, 3/2 One Level Condo with NO steps close to ~SDC~

This condo will make you feel like you are on vacation the minute you pull up to your reserved parking right in front of the pool (additional parking spaces at complex). With no steps you will soon be on vacation with the condo only a few feet from the pool. The complex only has 12 units and is very quiet and relaxing.

You will love the updated unit as soon as you walk into the spacious floor plan. Everything is located on one level and features three large bedrooms with two full size bathrooms including a jetted tub in the master suite. Each bedroom has a king bedroom suite, flat screen TVs and DVD players. The large living area has a sleeper sofa, 55 inch TV with DVD player, plus there is a queen size blow up mattress. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and prepared to accommodate 8 guests which makes it great for family gatherings.

The private covered deck has room for everyone and it won't take you long to discover the real reason these condos are called Table Rock SUNSET Condos. The steps off the deck lets you walk directly down to the water which is only a few yards away and enjoy your own private beach area.

The unit comes complete with cable and Free Wi-Fi access. Silver Dollar City is only three miles away and you can be in & out of the park in minutes. Branson's entertainment, shopping and restaurants are only 10 minutes away and Indian Point Mariana is located about 600 yds away where they offer boat rentals, jet ski rentals, boat slip rentals, paddle boats, and fishing supplies.

This condo is great for a quiet romantic stay, a family trip to Silver Dollar City, a weekend shopping trip, a trip to the lake or a family gathering for the Holidays. If the title doesn't speak for itself, let me tell you that the host (Clark) and this property are top notch! Our weekend stay was absolutely perfect! The condo was spacious with 3 large bedrooms and more importantly very clean. The kitchen has everything that you need to prepare and cook food with. There are two grills located in the back. One is electric on the back deck, and the other (charcoal) is located a few feet from the back deck steps. There are two bathrooms, both equipped with shampoo, body soap, hair dryers, etc. if you forget or just don't want to pack your own. The property location is within 10 minutes of Walmart, and another grocery store in case there may be something that you forgot for your stay, as well as other various restaurants, bars & grills, etc. There is a cottage market located two minutes down the street for ice and other minor needs. Overall I have zero complaints. Clark was responsive and accommodating. A TOP NOTCH HOST!! I have already booked again for Labor Day weekend. Long story short, if this property is available and will accommodate the number in your party, book immediately. You won't regret it! A+++++++

Great location for a quick getaway to Silver Dollar City
Very comfortable and well equipped. SO close and convenient to Silver Dollar City. Beautiful lake view and easy walking to the rocky shoreline. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing Get Away
Sitting out on the covered balcony enjoying the lake view is the perfect relaxing get away! This was our second time to stay here. Clark is wonderful to work with and my grand pups especially like that they are able to join us on vacation! The condo is very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. The electric grill is great to grill a steak and sit out on the balcony and enjoy the sunset. We brought our boat, so the close proximity to Indian Point Marina was very convenient for us. (You can store the boat trailer at Deer Run Grocery, also known as The Outpost) The Lake House next door is a super casual restaurant/bar with delicious homemade french fries! Great to walk to dinner.

Family Fun in Branson.
We celebrated my Dad’s 84th birthday and your property was the perfect venue. We enjoyed the lake view and quite surroundings. The only recommendation would be to cut back some trees, if possible, to provide an even better and unobstructed view of the lake. The smart TV in the living room was a little difficult for us older folks to navigate and believe you could get away with a basic cable format like in the bedrooms. We had a wonderful experience—thank you!

Easter in Branson
Our family was very comfortable at this condo on Indian Point. The sunsets were gorgeous, and I really appreciated the owner purchasing a high chair and packnplay crib for us. This was perfect for a family with young kids. It's a short commute into Branson, but there was a convenience store on the corner, several nearby pizza choices, and even a pub next door with live music! (It was on the other side of the building so couldn't hear it in our unit. But my husband and I enjoyed a drink at the pub while the kids stayed with grandparents.). We celebrated Easter at Praise and Worship Church just 10 minutes down the road, and did lots of fun activities in Branson. Thanks for the hospitality! We hope to come back someday.

Great Property
Clean and nice to be able to stay out of the craziness of Branson while still meeting close to Silver Dollar City. Woke up to deer almost every morning and had a nice getaway with the family.
