Newly renovated beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath, lower level condo on the golf course at Pointe Royale. Has its own walk out patio and all the amenities that Pointe Royale has to offer and only a couple of miles to the Branson strip. The condo has a complete Kitchen stocked with everything you need. The master suite has a king size bed and a private bathroom. It sleeps 4 with the sofa sleeper in the living room, perfect for families. WIFI and cable TV. The TV is connected to the WIFI so you can log into your Netflix or amazon accounts when you want.

Loved the pedestal fan in the bedroom for air movement but it was filthy so didn't use it. really need a TV in the bedroom. There was no toilet paper holder to put the roll of toilet paper on. However, bed was very comfortable and patio was very nice to sit out on in the early mornings and evenings.

Nice Stay

Have stayed at numerous condos at Pointe Royale over the years. This was a very nice place. One minor complaint was burnt out light bulbs in the kitchen and porch/entry area. I dont attribute that to the owner. Probably an oversight by the contracted cleaning crew. Would stay here again.

Perfect for my daughter and I to stay for the week. Small but clean and we loved having all the comforts of home. Safe and secure. Rob was very responsive, but we had no issues. The lake is beautiful in the morning and enjoyed the short hiking trail.

Relaxing golf getaway

Sleepless in Branson

The property was in a nice place, and clean. However, the A/C units of the neighbors and when our unit kicked on made very loud low roaring sounds, made it hard to sleep without ear plugs.

Nice but missing a few things.

It was small but the size was good for 2 people. There was nothing to put the toilet paper on, they just had it on the back of the toilet. There were no hooks to hang towels to dry and there was no Kleenex.

Perfect getaway

this was a very clean unit. just as described. Quite! only issues : *we didnt realize there were steps (one short flight)but we did OK. *the mattress was larger than the foundation so the ends hung over quite a bit making it difficult to sit on edge to get shoes on. not sure we would book again unless we confirm the bed is corrrected.

Amazing!

We enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect size for us. We slept great and appreciated the washer and dryer there for us to do laundry while staying there. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and close enough to all the events we did. We will definitely be back!

Pros, Cons and Suggestions

Pros: 1. Water Pressure for Shower 2. Hot water heated very quickly 3. Mattress very comfortable 4.Quiet complex 5.Nicely decorated Cons: 1.A/C frozen when we arrived. 77-78 temp first night. Not fun. But tech arrived the next morning. 2. The Washer/Dryer stackable only had one temp for washer and the dryer took 2-3 cycles to dry. Also mildewy smell in washer and squealed when in spin cycle. 3. Condo was neat in appearance but not clean smelling. I washed the bedding first night down to the mattress pad since top linens smelled sweaty. Also cobwebs were evident up high on walls. 4. Light from neighboring condo porch light illuminated the Bedroom. We tossed a blanket up to block out the light. 5. No ice maker in Fridge, just a single ice tray. Overall a nice stay, but below would have made it a 5 star. 1. Motion porch light if guests arrive late 2. Black out curtains in Bedroom 3. TV in Bedroom. The living room TV could be moved in bedroom and larger TV in LR. 4. New W/D 5. New A/C unit 6. Ask cleaning staff to use a scented floor cleaner like Mr Clean Lemon or Fabuloso. And to clean from ceiling to floor. Also to wash all bedding including blankets in closet. Fresh linens should smell clean!
